You want to talk about customer service, between Wyatt and Jonathan, these gentlemen bent over backwards to make sure my car and I were taken care of. Very meticulous easy going folks. Younger lady near the front desk will have an attitude with you as soon as you walk in and ask a question about your vehicle. Also mumbles under her breath to coworkers expecting you not to hear anything not a pleasant experience.

I am not impressed with the quality of work I have received from car star, where should I start... let's see here for one the painter left runs in the paint, scratches on that paint, missing areas that needs to be painted, painted areas that didn't need to be painted, rough layers of paint where he peeled off the masking when the paint was still wet so it made a sharp edge on my paint. Car star used an aftermarket bumper that does not fit my car properly. They painted it and tried to pass that off as being fixed when it clearly does not fit my car. When i took my car back in to show them the bumper, the day after I picked my car up, I noticed new scratches on my car that were not there before i dropped my car off. I used to detail cars for a living so I look for those little details most people miss and now I have about 10 new scratches that I did not have before that day. So now I'm waiting for an OEM bumper to come in and replace the cheap p.o.s after market bumper that was installed that does not fit my car. I'm also going to say something about the paint damage on the driver's side underneath the handle where it looks like they've gotten something on the paint that has ate away at the paint, and over spray on my front passenger window, Not to mention all of the other imperfections and damage I have noticed. I do believe some quality control needs to be looked into at this shop, this is ridiculous. There is also paint inside my gas cap door, an area that should have never been painted and should have been masked off. UPDATE: After getting under my car, there was NO new hardware installed on my exhaust like I was told there was by car star when I mentioned that it didn't look like the exhaust damage was fixed.. I was reassured and told "he put a brand new bracket on" Avoid this car star location, ive heard nothing but good things about them and that's why I went here, it was a mistake.

Excellent Service, I felt that everything ran smoothly from within hours of notifying my insurance company of which auto body repair shop I wanted to go to and them working with my insurance company. I got quotes from many others for my repair and ultimately decided on Carstar because of their price, communication and the fact that Mallory was open and honest from the initial conversation. She even tried to buff out additional scrapes out of the goodness of her heart. I have a black truck and other repair shops were charging extra fees for "feathering" the paint, and other shops said I had to paint the HOOD as well. Mallory said that step is not needed for black paint. The look on her face told me everything I needed to know about the "other guy" and I trusted my gut with her. I was not disappointed. Their price was significantly less than others. Mallory also mentioned that the price could be a bit lower but they won't know until they start the project as some parts can be damaged during the pair due to corrosion. In the end, the price was a little less than the original estimate. It was only $100 or so, but that proved that they can be trusted. Their communication before and during the process was outstanding. It was automated texts during the process so I never had to call to get an update. I hope I never have to deal with them again, but if I do ever damage my truck and need paint/body work, I won't have to waste time searching around.
