I couldn't have been happier with both the work done to my car and the service. Guy is a super friendly person and got me taken care of in a quick and friendly manner. When I initially went in for a quote, they were able to fit me in same-day for an appointment. Once I decided to proceed, it took about a month to get my car in -- no big deal since it was only cosmetic damage I was having fixed. Once the car was in, the turnaround time was great, they had the car ready same week. I was shocked when I saw how gorgeous my car looked after getting it back, it was better than I could have imagined. The paintwork was phenomenal, they also cleaned the car inside and out, it almost felt like I was driving a brand new car! They filled in a chip that was starting to rust on my front fender for free and fixed another larger spot on my rear quarter (near the area being repaired) for a very affordable price. They even threw in some touchup paint to go with it when I picked it up! Needless to say, I'll be coming here from here on out whenever I need bodywork done. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for some quality service and bodywork.

Akron Auto Painting and more importantly, the amazing team behind it, did an outstanding job repairing the left front of my vehicle. Their communication and professionalism were top notch throughout the entire process. They even went the extra mile by getting my car done while I was on vacation, so I didn’t need to get a rental. On top of that, they cleaned my floor mats! Thank you all for making the entire experience smooth, stress free, and truly above and beyond. 10/10 reccomend and will use if I need to in the future.

I was and am still beyond impressed with the work they did. I contacted them on a Monday afternoon right before closing. Had parts ordered by Wednesday. Dropped it off Sunday evening and Tuesday afternoon they were contacting me saying my vehicle was ready for pick up! The price was very reasonable! The customer service was amazing! I am probably one of the most pickiest people when it comes to paint and body. I had a little mishap with my cts-v that required a new hood and bumper. The friendly people at Akron auto painting completely exceeded my expectations and quite literally blew me away with the quality of work they provided. I have a very hard-to-paint car due to it being an unusual shade of white. I've had body work done on it in the past and blending and shading have always been a nightmare, sometimes requiring rework. I have (unfortunately) needed to take the car in recently for paint and bodywork on two separate occasions and decided to give these guys a shot. They seriously do such an amazing job. The paintwork is impeccable, and they always leave the car looking way better than when I dropped it off. It really means a lot that they take care of it like it's their own. I feel like they take a lot of pride in their work, and they are also truly great and kind people. I will be back for all future paint needs and will be recommending to friends!
