So I went to get an oil leak fixed. They fixed the issue, no problem. So what’s wrong? 2 things. 1) they tried to rip me off by telling me my timing chain was coming loose. Little did they know the car was just serviced at Audi for the timing chain and tensioner. Another trip to Audi and $100 later and my suspicions were confirmed. There was nothing wrong and they at Al’s just wanted to get more money from me. 2) they over inflated my tires. When I took my car in for service with them, my tire pressures read 35 all around except the front passenger which was at 30. When I got my car back, all my tires were at 70 psi. That is just ridiculous. The tires themselves say “DO NO FILL PAST 55 PSI” and my car has the label in the door saying that the tires are supposed to be filled to 33-35 psi. Not only is this extremely dangerous, it’s negligent on their part. They obviously did not check the current tire psi nor did they check to see what was appropriate for my car. I only caught the tire issue a few days later when I suddenly had a terrible leak coming from the valve stem, so I checked all my tires and was shocked at how filled they were. DO NOT GO HERE Yes they are nice, yes they “can” get the job done. But they will try to convince you more is wrong with your car and they are negligent in the simplest tasks like filling up tires with air.

Stopped in after blowing a tire on a trailer hauling my dead car. Was able to get a new tire, Valve stem and the fender banged back into shape in no time and at an extremely reasonable rate. Im supper happy with the service I got they were honest and helped me out all the staff there are kind hard working and fast. I went in because my car had a hole in the exhaust and and I had a check engine light on turns out it was my knock sensor and they were able to fix the hole, my car was ready before I knew it. they’re affordable and most of all they’re super professional. Not trustworthy at all. First experience was them misdiagnosing a vibration in my car. Gave me a $1000+ quote to fix it. Another shop fixed it for a little under $1000 but showed me that the parts this shop claimed were bad were actually fine. They had to replace other parts to solve the vibration and it's been fine ever since. Second experience was getting a quote for over $1500 to repair a power steering leak on my car. Took it to another shop and it ended up being a rusted pipe that cost $100 to fix. Definitely not going back here, their mechanics are not good at diagnosing problems at all.

This auto place helped my girlfriend out by not only checking out her car, but provided us with a very cheap priced tow. After they realized that there was nothing wrong with the car, they didn’t even charge us diagnostic fee. Great people. They didn’t take advantage of us by saying something was wrong. They were honest and great. Highly recommend these very human auto repair people.

Never go to this place. They will lie to your face while saying I’m going to be honest with you. I brought an F150 from them and the shop reassured me that nothing was wrong with it and they wouldn’t lie because their reputation was on the line. Well, they lie and sold me a truck that had bad ball joints, bad struts, a caliper leak and a sheet long worth of problems. They masked the problems to get you away from their shop after they take your money. Not to mention. The odometer said 177000. However, when I took it to the dealership, they said the truck had 225000 miles on it. This place is shady. Do not bring your car in to get work done and DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. run!

Called and they were very welcoming for me to come get my leaking tire fixed. Showed up and they didn't want to discuss anything, wanted me gone asap. No explanation of what they did, just pay now and door shut in my face. Afterward had to sit outside airing my own tire up after they, hopefully, at least plugged a hole for me. Felt like I got kicked out of there. Still not sure if they checked the rim or valve stem. Sketchy for sure.
