Brought a car from them which was a 03 Navigator for 4150$. Brought the car for my NEICE she registered the car and immediately the car started to shut off during idle then ALL of the transmission fluid leaked out. I called the shop spoke to Jessica and was told it was an as is sale and there is nothing she could do. She told me to bring it up there so that they could look at and possibly fix it NOT FOR FREE! THIS IS BAD BAD BUSINESS ! This is a auto shop so FOR SURE they new this car has signs of the transmission slipping! To NOT EVEN OFFER A REASONABLE SOLUTION IS GRIMMY! PLEASE BE WARE! O WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS! 0!

DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!! I brought my highlander to Jesse with a head gasket set and asked him to confirm it needed the head gasket before doing the work. The owner, Jesse, texted me saying that it did need a head gasket so I asked him to put it in. He charged me 20% more than originally said he would, and took longer than he said to do that job. Then 1500 miles later I had the same problem. I dropped it off to him to check it, took him 2 months to check it, and then said it needs an engine. He did not offer any type of refund for the work that was done. Then I sent a tow truck to get the car since I live 30 miles away, asked him to put everything in the car, and he did not put the head back inside the car so I have to go back for it. I sent him my infiniti to replace the engine half a year before that. When I picked it up he didnt tighten the drive belt, the vehicle was brought back twice for alignments, and he did not replace the valve cover gaskets as he said he would before installing the engine. I should have learned my lesson the first time.

Beware of these trixsters. They will bill you for things after they “do them” without your consent, then get your “confused approval” afterward. Show me a mechanic that will willingly admit to taking two hours to change an alternator sitting right on top of the engine. Then the mechanic leaves my emergency foot brake on for no apparent reason causing me to believe something else was wrong with my car. My car is automatic trans, no need to place emergency brake on. Then after blaming me for engaging the emergency brake before pulling away, the mechanic angrily shows me it’s the emergency brake by reversing and then driving my car forward very hastily while I was still standing in front of it. I didn’t know he was going to do that or I would not have been standing there. He didn’t even care where I was standing. What if there was something wrong with my brakes all of a sudden. He would have run me over. I’m glad I had witnesses with me to observe his behaviors. I feel like another woman taken advantage of by a mechanic. One and done! I will NOT ever return there. Please don’t be their “one and done”. Buyer beware.

DON’T DO IT. Plain and simple they’re thieves. I paid over $2,000.00 for same problem 3 different times. Yes it was stupid that I kept going back but like most mechanics if you’re having the same issue they’ll fix it. Not these guys, their favorite line is “this piece wasn’t failing at that time”. I would recommend this shop to my worst enemy because I know they’ll get cheated and the problem won’t get fixed. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. I’m telling you now I wouldn’t mess with this location if I could I would give them 0 stars. Just look at all the bad reviews. I guarantee the good reviews are employees who work there or families of the employee to get more customers. DON’T DO IT

2024 — Still the best service around - went above and beyond. Got 100% of what I asked for. Nothing like consistency! 1st choice everytime. My non-Chevy car was treated with all the correct parts it needed and was respected as all other brands in the bays were - Mini, Jeep, and Kia. Still gladly stand by my first review. 2022 — Super friendly. They know what they’re doing. Easy going and appropriate upselling. Super easy links via texts tell estimates, diagnostics with informative educational and brief videos about your relative car issues - including photos of your auto all allowing for one-click accepting or declining potential repairs. Very satisfied!

The shop doesn’t REALLY want to work on your car unless it’s a Chevy or a car brand that they’re familiar with. Also caused me hundreds of dollars by misdiagnosing my vehicle’s leak location. The girl behind the counter is trained to say things as, “that they have been allowing me to come in.” As if myself or my vehicle OR the parts I brought in was a problem! Also said, “they don’t work on cars other shops have worked on” but I never brought in my vehicle on a tow truck or with anything half done from any other shop so I’m not sure if they only want to work on spanking new cars or what type of cars their business wants to work on. I tried to make things as easy as possible for them even looking up and bringing in my own parts that I had to spend my own time matching and finding of course but I did this as they will be quick to put “unable to source parts” to jobs that they might not be really interested in performing. Also this shop overfilled the oil my turbo car my vehicle calls for 4.2quarts of oil and I’m almost 100% sure they failed to look up the spec and add the correct amount of oil when they replaced my oil pan. Very disappointing as their labor rate is $120 per hour so I thought they would be a lot more professional to look up a simple oil refill capacity.

It’s nice not feeling like you got screwed when you leave a mechanic. And that’s what my experience has been with Jesse’s. They’ve been my mechanic for a few years, and I can honestly only say good things about them. Honest, kind, helpful, educational, competitively-priced, family-owned. I like being able to set appointments on their Facebook page. Their new invoice system is impressively detailed and convenient. Waits are never long, and they communicate really well too. I've always driven a beater, and Jesse’s always been really upfront about the work he recommends doing. Not having a ton of money to sink into a car that’s on its last leg anyway, and not knowing much about cars myself, he’ll just straight up tell me when things aren’t practical to fix. He tends to try finding used parts for me too, which I always really appreciate. It’s always best bang for buck. I like owning my car, and Jesse’s makes maintaining it easy and cost-effective. And that’s about it. Just a great shop. Thanks to Jesse and Jessica and everyone else for taking care of me. (:

They did the work I asked for but double charged my card. I'm sure this was unintentional but still.

My daughter is serving in the Navy, 600 miles from home. Her car, a Subaru, suffered catastrophic engine failure. It's hard finding places to work on Subaru vehicles. I reached out to several places. One place declined and the rest simply did not respond. Jesse's has been extremely professional. They communicated well, sent pictures and videos. They installed a used, low mileage engine from a salvage yard. Jesse's was willing to evaluate the clutch components from both engines but I opted to replace them with new since everything had to come apart anyway. They sent me a comprehensive list of components, right down to new flywheel bolts. Exactly as it should be done. My daughter says she thinks the car is shifting better now than it was before. I am fully confident that they will stand behind their work but I have a feeling that they won't have to because it was done right the first time. I told my daughter to use them for any maintenance and other service moving forward. Just a note here about the reviews I've seen. It looks like the people who trusted Jesse's to handle things left great reviews. The ones who brought their own parts and diagnosed the problem themselves are the ones who left the bad reviews. No matter how good a mechanic is, they can't make your eBay or Amazon parts perform properly. There is a reason that cheap parts are cheap. If you're not going to fix it yourself, let the mechanic do their job. Quality isn't expensive, it's valuable.

Good customer service and great work done for a very VERY reasonably price. I have 2 vehicles that needed brakes all around, i dropped the cars off and minutes later they texted me a detailed itemized estimate for parts and labor, I authorized the work and they took care of business. Thanks again Jesse's Auto Tech for your services. ✌️

I just dropped off my car at Jesse’s Auto Tech for the second time to have my Honda Civic serviced. The owner is very kind and honest, as is Julio, the manager. I have never encountered a car repair shop that is so genuine and trustworthy in their service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would, but I can only rate them 5 stars. Keep up the great work, and may God bless your business for your honesty.
