Highly recommended! Staff here are super friendly and amazing. I have a rusty screw fixing the license plate stuck in. The staff quickly helped to take it out without any charge though I am willing to pay. Great experience.

Damage to our 1999 Toyota—broken exterior mirror, wheel well damage, scratches—needed repair. Once again, Albany Body Shop on San Pablo Ave to the rescue. Rick gave us an estimate and did the repairs quickly and at our convenience. They replaced the mirror and repaired the wheel well (instead of replacing the whole rear end), touched up the car, and did a great job at a really good price. Albany Body Shop repaired our car 6 years ago and did a great job then as well. Highly recommended.

I first want to say THANK YOU RICK! I’ll be now coming here for any auto body repair. To start off I had a dent on my front bumper and most auto body shops were telling me I’d need a new bumper with an estimate of $500-$1600 including the paint job. I felt like my dent wasn’t bad at all and price was too high for something that I thought could be fixable so I kept looking. Eventually I came across Albany Body Shop and Rick was such nice guy over the phone and in person. He was honest and told me he could fix the dent. Made an appointment. Came in the day of appointment and it only took an hour. The results were great ! Couldn’t be more happier. I had to give Rick and his team a tip. Thank you once again!!!

We had to get our car fixed (passenger side front and back door) and the read left side and this had to be done fast and 100% put of pocket. I looked around and contacted Albany Body Shop. Lee asked me to email pictures, gave me a quote and when I dropped the car off he actually tried to offer to just buff the car doors out to save me some money. I had it all done, picked the car up 5 days later (today) and it looks amazing and the price was great. I would HIGHLY recommend them anytime. Honest business, great work, fair prices.

My first experience with Albany Body Shop happened after a flying object (possibly some rubber off a tire) hit my car on the freeway. I hadn’t noticed the damage on the bumper (it was partially dislodged) til the next morning. I thought it might be costly and I worried about being relatively new to the area and not knowing which body shop to use. I happened to find Albany Body Shop through Google and when I called, Rick told me to just stop on by and he would take a look. That same day that’s just what I did and Rick took the time to look it over and pop it back into place. He was quick — it only took a few minutes! Since he was already working on the bumper, I asked about a foglight which somehow got dislodged prior to the flying piece of tire. This one was embedded in the bumper and the whole thing needed to be taken off at a later time. Rick didn’t charge me anything for popping the bumper back into place, even though it took his attention away from another project he was working on. Fast forward a few weeks and I made the appt to get this done. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, I had a work emergency. It was already the afternoon before a holiday weekend and I thought it probably wouldn’t be possible to get the car in and done given my eta. I called Rick and he was very understanding. He said to bring it in when I could that day. I was able to get there much later than originally planned and he took the car. It was done earlier than expected and he was kind enough to change the other fog light, which had coincidentally stopped working a few days before the appointment. I had only mentioned the fog light not working when I dropped off the car to give him a heads up about it if he was testing the lights after the repair. He saved me from having to take a trip to the dealer just to have this fixed! In sum, many thanks to Rick! He is kind and patient, and provides amazing customer service. My car also received high quality and timely care, at what I consider a very reasonable price! I will definitely be back in the future for any body shop needs that may arise.

I had a bumper that needed fixing on my hoop tie and happened to see Albany Body Shop. I went in and talked to the gentleman sitting at the desk and explained to him the situation. He said come back in an hour and I will have it fixed. I walked around for an hour came back and it was fixed like magic. I did not get his name, but Mr Gentlemen was HONEST, a professional at his craft, and the price was fair. What a blessing he was. He made my day!! Thank you kind sir. You are awesome!!
