Crazy expansive,for half hour working on my car they charged $390,they are forcing people to go inside of their office to avoid looking what they doing on the customers cars,and also they wont let you to look how long they working on it, when you coming out after 2 hours from their office you see no one working on your car and they say go back to office almost done,they are wasting time to charge more, also they are forcing people to pay cash,i think because of paying less tax. for each credit or debit card they are charging about $10 extra

This place is a serious joke ! I was in a front end accident over 2 yrs. ago and had my vehicle towed to this place. After the job was done nothing lined up (quarter panels & hood) my air conditioning didn't work, I found out later it was because they put my condenser in backwards and left unplugged because the plugs were on the opposite side. When I pulled away from this butcher shop I got approximately 4blocks away before I heard a loud knocking coming from the engine. I pulled over and had my vehicle towed to another shop were they found a 3/4" nut inside the throttle body. Pure Negligence. The worst experience I've had in getting my vehicle worked on EVER ! If I could give NO stars I would.

To be honest everything started smoothly I had selected this shop because it was one of the few that would let you use your own parts the owners wife Krystal told me that it was ok but perfered if they did . Later on once they had time to work on the car that was no longer the case and Carlos Towner informed me at that point there must have been a miscommunication. Long story short I payed 1300 more than my estimate and got a car back that was not finished and was lied to several times and realized they only said what was needed to get my business horrible ethics no morals and had been paying for reviews.

Stay far away from this place I took my truck here to get my wheels changed and tpms sensors switched over he charged me an extra charge to Transfer my tpms sensors. My sensors were reading fine before he touched my truck, I got my truck back and all sensors won’t relearn I took the truck to ford and every sensor was damaged, called this shop back and all they can do is deflect blame and trying to say they did what I wanted, I didn’t take my truck to you and ask for all my sensors to be damaged. This situation was a pure lack of knowledge and ignorance. So in summary don’t take you vehicle here for anything especially something as simple as a tire change!!!!

I want to personally thank Albinos all in one for taking care of my newly purchased vehicle. They were able to properly fix and diagnose the wide range of issues that popped up with my car. Even after some bumps in the road, they made sure I was happy. The staff was very friendly and sought to take care of all my issues in a professional and timely manner. To be 100% honest I’d never recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body work that is expecting work done at a decent price and business to be conducted in a professional manner. I was actually shocked at how poorly I was treated after spending over $5000 for auto repairs. While my car was in the shop on numerous occasions during regular business hours I was asked to try to be understanding with not receiving information in regards on my cars status because the shop owner was on vacation. I initially paid for repair services that had to be later reimbursed because the shop was actually not capable of providing the service which was a waste of time for me. Some of the work done was poorly done but after actually getting my car back I just settled for what I got because my need for transportation was more important than getting the quality of work I was looking for. To top it off my spare tire was stolen from my trunk and housing compartment for the tire was damaged in the process. After getting my car back and pointing this out to the shop owner simply said “ I didn’t take it”, with nothing more to say and offered me no explanation as to why my trunk was damaged at all and how my tire was there before but now missing. I would be upset to hear about someone less fortunate than I was to have to deal with a situation like this from this shop.
