My car was beyond its inspection. It had only ever been to the dealership in the past- but as a newer single mom with financial difficulties (and based on previous visits), I was anticipating being taken advantage of because I lack basic knowledge of cars. I didn't know where to start or where to turn, but eventually chose Tire Mart based on other reviews. They were really great! Everyone I spoke to was business and straight forward about what I needed, but NOT in a condescending, pushy, or rude way. It's been a huge weight lifted knowing that my car is again the safest it can be for my two kiddos. Thank you!

Tire Mart has excellent service. I was traveling a long distance alone when my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at Tire Mart and spoke to Mr. R. Myers at the desk. He was fantastic, sent my car to the service bay where it was checked and fixed. They didn't make me wait and I was back on the road within an hour. I was very grateful for the understanding and professionalism of Mr. Myers as well as the gentleman who took care of my tire. Thank you!

I have had two exceptional experiences working with Tire Mart over the past year. I live in Virginia. My elderly parents live in Harrisburg and I was able to coordinate quick and thorough service jobs on their behalf. The folks at Tire Mart were compassionate and accommodating, literally every step of the way. And despite their busy weekday schedules and my parents’ limited availability (and a snowstorm!) they got the job done ahead of schedule both times! Good people doing good work, taking care of their community. Thank you, Tire Mart.

I went in because my ONE tire sensor went out, but they tried to tell me I needed TWO replaced at $95 each. The guy hesitated before giving me a price as if he was figuring out how much he could charge me. Crazy work! Sucks to suck, but I got quotes from other places (all of them quoted me for ONE sensor), I’m not as naive as they thought just because I’m a teenage woman. I got the one sensor replaced (because it was ONLY ONE not TWO) for way cheaper, and it’s been fine for months. Sucks that tire shops like them try and scam people like me but of course if you’re a middle aged man you’re fine!!!

A+++ service.. went with 4 cooper discovery xlt 35s. Unlike most of the local shops Tire Mart was able to get my alignment done. The wait wasn't long, I waited maybe 2 hours . They got me a good deal on 4 tires , tpms sensors and alignment. Will definitely be my new tire shop

Have been using Tire Mart for several years but today my evaluation of their work went miles higher. I drove over something on the road that caused one tire to blow. Tire Mart had long lines when I made it in, but took me anyway. Just a couple of hours later they took care of my problem, despite their overflowing work load. Tire Mart is the best!

We blew not 1 but 2 tires on our pop up on the way home and they got us in super quickly! They came right out, jacked up both sides of the camper, removed both tires, put new tires on the rims, put them back on our camper and we are now safely back on our way! We can not thank them enough!

I never write reviews but I feel like this place deserves one. I got a flat on Friday near Costco, got my spare on, drove it on over to Tire Mart and I was out of there within 30 minutes. I had to return on Tuesday due to a noise that I was hearing. Was a simple bent plate that was fixed at no extra charge. Being a woman and going to mechanics I’m afraid of being overcharged but not at Tire Mart! The staff and atmosphere is warm welcoming and pleasant. I will be returning. Thank you!!!

Six months ago during annual inspection the dealer told me I would need brake pads "soon". Took the car to Tire Mart 6 months later and was told there was plenty of pad left and no charge to inspect the brakes. Honesty, integrity, and they do very good work.

Firestone couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and tried to send me to the dealer. A friend recommended Tire Mart, and I’m glad I came. They were able to determine that the battery in one of my TPMS sensors was dead. Greg gave me the part number, so I could buy my own part and only charged me $10 to swap out the dead sensor. They have a small waiting area with a TV and some games. They also randomly sell chocolates and sauces. As has become pretty common during the pandemic, they charge an additional 4% for credit card transactions.

Sooo 10/17/25 I took my car to Tire Mart suspecting an oil leak. I had an oil change 10/4/25 at the same location. After waiting close to an hour or little over an hour to get my car checked I was told it had a coolant leak, and someone would be calling me next week meaning the week of 10/20/25 to give me AN ESTIMATE of how much the repairs would be. Why couldn't I be scheduled for the repairs before I left TM? However, I was never warned of the dangers, before I drove off their lot, that if I continued driving my car with a coolant leak it is A SAFETY HAZARD!! So TM let me drive off their lot with NO SAFETY CONCERNS for me as a customer. WOW!😩 JUST WOW! I found out about the SAFETY HAZARD this morning when I got a second opinion at a different auto service location and they were the ones who told me.

I had a problem with the wrong coolant being used in my car. My vehicle requires orange DEX-COOL, not a green universal coolant. The mechanics insist that both are the same, but they are mistaken. They refuse to redo the job or refund my money. I do not recommend this place. I’ve been a customer for almost five years, and it’s disappointing that they won’t acknowledge the difference between the two types of coolant.

Always had some of the best prices on Continental tires. Also, they’ve always gave me super fair pricing on every car I’ve taken in there which has been at least five different cars at this point over the last five years. And they have loaners if you schedule an appointment early enough. The staff is super friendly and recognizes you.
