2022 update: It took 6 months and a trip to the dealer to fix a dangerous front end problem with structural damage. Workers kept saying it was fixed. They are good with cosmetic only repairs.

I can’t say enough good about this shop. Growing up, my father had a body shop & i know the business better than most. Alexs is the best shop i’ve ever seen. Modern up to date equipment , well trained staff & has excellent employee retention. Regardless of your vehicle type , they can fix it & fix it well. You will not find a better shop than Alexs

Just got my Benz back from them and all I can say is WOW!! Looks amazing, it was just the back bumper that needed repair, looks better than brand new!! Customer service was amazing from the start even before I stepped a foot in the office.

Took my car into Alex's to get some body work done on the driver's side. This is the third time I have had work done there. Car came back with a good repair but a rip in the leather seat on the driver's side. When my husband and I took the car back to get the leather tear looked after we were told it was there when we brought the car in and they would not help us at all. In fact they tried to make it sound as if we were looking for a free repair. They ripped the seat and just blew it off as unimportant. Not the kind of honestly they advertise on their website. We will not be doing anymore business with them, the repair on the car body was good but the horrible customer service makes it not a good place to take a repair job. Too bad

I chose Alex's Paint& Body to work on my vehicle a fender bender. They examined my car in all areas and under the hood. They were very professional and informative explaining all their finds and what needed to be done. They answered all our questions and concerns. As they worked on my vehicle they sent text messages on their progress. When I picked up my vehicle, I was 100 percent satisfied it looks brand new, they did a beautiful job the paint matched perfectly. They also polished my head lamps, I appreciate all the extra things they did. I would highly recommend Alex's Paint &Body to family and friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful and kind. My car was the victim of a Hit & Run. I was referred to Alex's Paint & Body. I was told they take pride in their work. We baby our vehicles. Our vehicle was in perfect condtion before the accident. We told Alex's Paint & Body that any damage on the vehicle needed to be replaced and brought back to original factory condition. When we picked the vehicle up, it had an 8 inch scratch on the area that had just been fixed and a damaged wheel was not replaced or repainted. How can you allow a vehicle to leave your shop, with your name on it, with an 8 inch scratch on the very area that you just fixed to bring back to original condition? Why wouldn't you replace or repaint a damaged wheel, when you were told the car had no imperfections before the accident? The reader of this review can look at the pictures and make a decision to take the risk for yourself if you want to bring your business and trust to Alex's Paint & Body.

Been here a few times, and each time the service and work quality have been excellent! Went in today after driver’s side front panel came loose after backing over a curb. Albert took a look and said, “Give me about 1/2 hour we’ll fix it as a courtesy since you’re such good customers.” Lo and behold, 25 minutes later it was totally back in place and no charge. I really appreciate this place and Albert a lot. Need body work on your vehicle, go to Alex’s!
