I needed to have body work done on my newish XC40. I was immediately impressed on how well the shop kept me informed, via text messages, on the status of the repairs. The quality of the body work and the paint matching was perfect. Additionally, the entire team was very professional and courteous. There was only one minor issue with a sensor needing some adjusting after the fact, but they handled this very quickly and even ensured my transportation to/fro my home.

Highly recommend. Job was done perfectly, got my car clean, customer service is great - text updates throughout the whole process and office that pick up the phone and helpfully answers all the questions. I also liked the fact that instead of holding my car and waiting for small plastic part I got it back and they will just call me when it arrives and put in 5 min. Very nice solution.

Had my car hit while parked on Masonic Ave, luckily the person who hit it left their insurance info which was through Allstate. Went to Aliotoβs since they were contracted as a repair site with Allstate and they did an amazing job!! It was mainly just my rear bumper that got damaged but they got it fixed in about a week and it looked great! Highly recommend this spot for anyone who needs any car repairs!

So I was in an accident and my car which I'm quite fond of the right side was damaged badly the front bumper the front panel the passengers panel the rear panel and the rear bumper. My car is a 2000 Mercedes-Benz SL500 and I wasn't quite sure there'd be a shop that could repair it and restore it to its original beauty I talked with the insurance company and I visited local shops on my own and decided I wanted to use alioto's body shop services for a couple reasons one they worked well with my insurance company to their shops were impressively well ordered and three they've been in business a very long time in the Bay area where I live they got my car in quickly and it took them only one week to fix my throughout the whole process they sent me texts updating me about the progress of my car when they got the parts when they were going to paint when they painted and when I could pick it up the pickup date they gave me was exact and sooner than I had I was relieved and overjoyed when I went to pick my car up and there it's at like it was brand new. The work they did was seamless it was like nothing had ever happened to my car they cleaned washed and waxed it inside and out and there were no delays or unexpected problems which I can tell you rarely happens anywhere with anything anytime they took great care of my car which I appreciate it and if I ever needed it I would bring a vehicle there again without question and I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews to begin with but it was such a relief to have this problem fixed in such a timely and efficient manner that I felt if someone else was in my position with a car that was in an accident that they cared about and we're at a loss for where to take it I'm sure that alioto's would be an excellent choice
