My passenger window was broken for no reason(nothing was even stolen). So I called around diff glass repair places, only to be disappointed. When I called In & Out they had 2 different windows in stock & were already prepared for my visit. An hour & a half later, they were done!!! Their customer service, quality, and care supersedes all others... Yay!!!

Lowest price around after calling a few places in the area. Got my rear window broken into and they were able to fix it and clean up the broken glass in the panels the same day. It seems like they have a ton of inventory as you can see in the picture. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been to this shop twice for my Mini Countryman and had excellent experiences both times. The first visit was for a rear window replacement after a break-in. I reached out to them on Yelp, got a fast response, and received a quote right through the messages. They were able to take me the same day, and when I arrived, the quote was already tied to my account. No surprises, just consistent and efficient service. More recently, I asked about replacing a long-cracked front windshield and again received timely communication and a clear quote. They only take walk-ins, so coming early helps. Their prices are very competitive, and the service is fast, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!

This shop is amazing. Only $220 for a full windshield replacement. They are first come first serve. I came right after they opened and my car was ready in about 2.5 hours. My passenger window and front windshield were broken(In San Francisco you know the reason!!!) So I called AAA insurance company to claim. They sent me to a auto body shop which cost me $950 to fix 2 windows. Long story shortly!!! I called In & Out the prices they offer is way way way cheaper than the body shop! And their customer service, quality are all good! Hopefully not coming back again! But if anything happened this store will be my first choice! And they did cleaning!!!

Shockingly amazing option in San Francisco. Paid $180 flat for a new front passenger window for my Toyota RAV4 where Safelite would have charged me $426 plus tax and more for a mobile service. Great experience with the guys at In & Out Auto Glass in San Francisco! I brought my car in thinking it needed a rock chip repair. They said to come in the same day, so I went the same afternoon. After inspection of the glass, the guys told me that it's only a surface chip and I didn't need to repair it. Apparently, I only need to repair if it went through the glass and cracked. Said they could do the repair if I really wanted to, but told me to save my money and come back only when necessary. I know I can trust them based on this experience, so I definitely will be going back to them the next time I get a real rock chip or crack that needs repair. Honest and reliable guys who stand behind their work and provide all the details to the customer upfront. A++.
