Awful awful experience. A simple rear bumper replacement turned into a 6-week saga, and they had to take the car to two other shops before they could complete the project. No one ever called with an update, and deadlines were missed without solid explanations. Do not waste your money here.

You would not expect such a pleasant experience from a body shop, but you should. I checked a few places and then decided on this one based on reviews and they were accurate. Team is very professional, spent time with me to explain the options, once I dropped the car I got adequate updates via text and car was ready on the day they said and in excellent condition. If you need a body shop, this is the place to go.

Awesome turnaround time and the best price from the quotes I got, Aliotos didn't upsell me on replacing parts that didn't need to be. Kody was great on keeping me up to date when they had to order an extra part after inspecting the damage behind the bumper. The Tesla model X I brought in came back looking perfect within a week of putting the deposit down to order the bumper. Make sure to bring a debit card to avoid the credit card fee though!
