They were great they came to the house and put on a spare so I could drive. They ordered a new tire and a couple hours later I stopped by the shop so they could put the new tire on. They were fast and reasonably priced.

They don’t answer the phone at all I called them like 5 times last week and I called them another 5 times just to see if it was just a coincidence but yet and still I get the same voicemail telling me the same thing. Now I don’t normally write reviews but they need better customer service because whether the customer is there or not on the phone or wherever they are they should still be acknowledged or at the very least told that they will be called back or something not cool 2 shot u boo-boo😊🙃 ps:all about tires can’t be it I can’t get a tire

Just got my brakes done with these guys, the younger kid they had working had messed up my tire sensor on my equinox and when I had bought a used tire that looked pretty new, I seen them for some reason poke a hole in the tire and put a patch in it. A week later my tire got low so went back to them, they checked it and didn’t see any apparent leaking. Every other day now I have to air it up. I will not be taking anything to these people if they work like that. There was absolutely no sense in putting a nail through my newish tire that I had bought from y’all! THAT IS CROOKED WORK!

Will keep using them in future...half the price of Discount Tire and faster! Mount and Balance 4 new tires I bought online for $80 on SUV and small truck each! Also had a nail leak repaired for $10.

Price is cheap but but not reliable. I changed my tires and tire pressure sensor in the shop, and notice rear part shaking when driving in high speed, so I went back to redo tire balance. They insist that the shaking problem is caused by my old front tire rather than the installed new tires and charged me 40$ for balancing.The truth is shaking problem is gone after balancing, and it is caused by their previous tire installation!

Best tire shop in the whole Pearland Area and probably one of the best in the whole of Houston. Very Quick and very straight to business. I've been dealing with them for 3 years and I have never had 1 single problem....NEVER A PROBLEM...They take very good care of me. Discount Tire will toss you around but this place never lets me down. I will continue to go to them for all my tire issues.
