I love these guys. Brought my van here to get new brakes and had a unknown bad caliper and it siezed on the way home. These guys bought the part new part and fixed it free when it wasn't really there fault.if that isn't far beyond great customer service I don't know what is. Definitely recommend these guys. The man at the desk was very friendly and letting me know what's going on and updates with the time until finished. Very good auto shop.

I had my vehicle towed in when it would not start even after a jump. Of course, when it reached the shop it started right up, but the repair team diagnosed the issue and were reasonable with the price. What stood out to me most was the customer service. I worked with Simeon and Greg who were incredibly patient with me when figuring out a financing issue. I never felt like I was being upsold or that I was getting in anyone's way. 3 weeks to replace a row of lifters and a camshaft. Not once was I notified of the delays nor given an apology for the delay in the repair. Car lot is great, repair shop not so much. Maybe if I was paying cash instead of using the $4000.00 warranty they sold me results would have been different
