Center collision is absolutely amazing. They honestly care about their customers! I was a mess after totaling my car and they were extremely understanding and helped me get everything in order that I needed to for them to start the estimate on my car. I was shaken up and definitely took longer to get them all the information needed than I should have, but they showed extreme patience and kindness through the entire process. They were always available for updates on my vehicle. They were able to get an estimate to my insurance quicker than expected which allowed me to get into a new car faster. They made something extremely stressful much easier for me to deal with. I’ll definitely use them in the future if I ever need to! I can’t say enough good things.

Unbelievable service! We took our car in that was in an accident. Got a rental car right away with no hassle. Owner of the company even reached out to make sure everyone was ok. Insurance totaled the car, so Center Collision didn’t get to do the full repairs on the car. My guess is they didn’t make much on the deal, however; they still showed concern and served us as if we were their most important client. This is the second time we have taken our cars to them. HIGHLY Recommend their services.

During the wind storm that occurred December 2025 I hit a tree branch that had fallen in the road with my three series BMW. I have all custom body kit parts on my car and it damaged my front bumper and push my fog light back into the bumper itself. I brought it to Center Collision and they had my car for about a month to no fault of their own, and they worked tirelessly to assist me with the ordering of two aftermarket bumpers that were both garbage and even an original bumper which we thought was a viable option to put on the car and start fresh, but it also had its own instead of complications that did not allow that to be a possibility. But through all of that, Center Collision, Brad specifically, logged so many hours to try and get a resolution for me through the whole process. One of our conversations he candidly told me that he sleeps at night because he does everything he care for his customers. You just do not find that level of Customer Service in present day everywhere you go it’s very rare. This is a man and a company that truly embodies the word integrity. After all of that, but I endure, and he endured through the process, they still were able to fix at least my fog light and reattach my bumper as if I never even came in there and then the icing on the cake was they vacuumed my car and they washed it and sent me back home with a nice shiny car. Just those little professional details met the world to me and the way that they treated me and the cost of communication to the whole process never made me feel like I could not trust them. I highly recommend this auto body shop. They are top-notch second to none.

The owner especially stood out — not only was he helpful and personable, but I also learned so much about him and his shop during our conversations. He’s truly an inspiring business owner who clearly cares deeply about both his team and his customers. The repair work was seamless, and my vehicle looked great afterward. There was a small hiccup when my car wouldn’t start at first — likely because the battery drained during the repair or clean up — but they handled it right away and got everything running again. What really impressed me was their customer service. They provided one of their own loaner vehicles, which was a huge help while my car was being worked on.
