🚷🚷this is an information for future customers… I came for the first time… after seeing the reviews, I thought I had come to a very good store.. I encountered the same problem, my wheels were scratched…total indifference and now I have to fix them… they worked quickly and I didn't notice right away because the wheels were wet…I didn't expect such a case…

Quick service. I came because of a listing on Facebook Marketplace. I got lucky and they had an open bay when I got there so they told me to pull right in. They even showed me some potential issues with my current wheels and provided me some options. I declined, but it was nice they were trying to look out for me. Tires did just fine on the drive home and so far I'm quite happy with them and the service provided.

We were recommended to come to this shop but tires are good but I’m very disappointed…right now we have to pay out our packet around $250 for polis our wheels.. it’s a lot of dent and scratch… they made mistake with rebalance and took off the weight on tires and we went to Costco the next day to rebalance.. worse place here. And they are very fast working even when you ask them if it’s done. When they took the old tires they sent our boarded on wheels. I called them but they ignored me. We asked them to refund some money but they didn’t want too.. never go to this place

My tire was losing air. I came to this place to check it.. they took the tire out and put it inside a tank full of water and the air was coming out of the tpsm the guy tied it and it was good asking how much to pay and he say nothing. It was something simple. You don’t have to pay. I was actually surprised I even tried to pay him. I told him just charging me whatever for your time and he say no it’s OK It was simple thing. This is the first time I get something fixed and the guy refused to charge me it looked like this is kind of a family business so I will always come here if I need to change tires. They have a lot of new tires and new tires so if you need a tire services, this is the spot.

Absolutely great, professional, on point, efficient and truly reasonably priced service. Came here, for the 1st time, for a small leak fix, routine tire rotation and balancing front wheels. Ended up finding 2 unrepairable tires and 3 leaks (nails). So got two almost new used tires, put them in front, balanced all 4, fixed leaks on the other two. Still the bill was truly reasonable. And they didn't charge for lot of items. I am really thankful and also impressed. Also, the work areas of the shop is really clean and organized. Don't see that often.

This is my second time using 12th St. tires. I have recently purchased a used Ford focus this time and none of the tires really matched on it from what I could tell. Because I had such a great experience with my Hyundai ELANTRA. I decided to use this company again. And I wasn’t disappointed. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they took care of me right away, even though I was a late arrival. I got new rims and new tires for $1500! Thank you again 12th Street tires! You’re the best. I highly recommend this business. Toro is the wonderful gentleman that assisted me today.
