Can't say enough how good these fellas are. Took my 750Li n for a dent in the back diffuser area. It looks brand new doesn't look like anything ever happened to it and on top of it they even cleaned my car. Inside and out. I'd say that's going above and beyond what I expected. Price quoted was the price I paid. They scheduled me appointment and had it back to me 2 days ahead of time. Will take all my damages there for any future dents dings or mistakes.

I have a Miata MX-5 that had some minor damage from a car that hit the driver's side door. I took it in to Collision Specialist for an estimate. I spoke to Paul and another person regarding the damage. They looked at my car and recommended another shop that they trust to get an estimate being that the damage was minor and that I could save money on the repair. I took their advise and went to the other shop for an estimate. I had my car fixed at the other shop because of their recommendation. Bottom line is the integrity of Collision Specialists, they are top shelf. If I ever need any major repair on my cars, Collision Specialists will have my business. Thank you Collision Specialists!

Stopped by to have the spoiler and rear bumper on my Firebird redone and Rodell (the man to see) managed to give me an unbeatable quote. The customer service there is warm and pleasant, the environment clean and they are military friendly. This shop went the whole 9 yards to make sure that I received my car with better results than expected. I will definitely be returning to Collision Specialists for any future cosmetic repairs.

I went to them to get my bumper fixed on my MINI, I was paying out of pocket and they gave me an honest quote and spoke with me about options to help save some money. They did an amazing job! It was less expensive then they quoted, it looked better than I could have expected. -Paint and body work was great! My only qualm and the reason I gave it them a 4/5 is that it took longer then they had originally told me and I had to call for the progress. I prefer to wait for better work, so it was fine with me, but I can see this being an issue for others. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work on their vehicle but expect it to take a few extra days to be done right and don't be shy about calling to get a progress report.

Absolutely top notch service all around. My brand new Prius got smacked in a hit and run. Brought it over to these guys and they immediately made sure I knew they'd get it back in shape. Excellent team of people, Rodell in particular was awesome. Straight shooters, didn't lie or meander, let me know way ahead of time about a minor time delay. All around grade A+ service from a group of people who know their trade. It will benefit you to go out of your way to get to these guys, their customer care and quality of service is absolutely worth the effort. This is a company that has earned my trust. This review is long overdue. I found out about this place via Google and stopped by to have a dent in my Toyota Corolla looked at for repair. Cody (owner) fixed it, and when I asked about the cost, he told me to not worry about it (rare). So when my wife's Subaru got rear-ended by a pickup truck, I had no hesitations to bring it to Collision Specialists. They were awesome! The repairs took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait to have it done right.

Made us feel so confident about getting our vehicle repaired correctly and no worries about matching the paint. The car was cleaner than when we dropped it off, they even performed a full detail. Helped us get our car promptly before insurance tried to charge more for our rental. Was recommended to us by Eric at South Tacoma Mazda. The workers at STM have never steered us wrong. My car hood and back door had bad damage and they replaced them with new ones for me with super great price! I just know to give them time and trust and respect, and they will return me a great looking car. They are really good at their work and super friendly!!
