I was so panicked when I came out to a broken window yesterday. Not thinking I’d get a weekend appt. I called around to a few places and the prices were crazy. My husband said call one more place. Then we’ll make our decision after that. I was so shocked when I got my quote from Sof. They came out first thing the next day. Got my window replaced quickly and he cleaned up the glass. I highly recommend using this company.

Well, let me tell you THIS IS 5 star service! Sof came out to my home and repaired a chip the same day, a few hours after I called! He did such an amazing job I can barely tell where it was chipped. I was so bummed I got a chip (it was a very newly replaced windshield) but omg I can’t even see the damage now! I will absolutely use him for all repairs and replacements. He was quick, tidy, responsive and reasonable! He said he has 14 years in the industry and from his work I believe it. Very very pleased!

Our passanger window got smashed in overnight, and we were on a very tight budget. We were very happy to have found Sof Auto Glass. He was able to meet the very next day, came to use, and was quick to get the window replaced. The glass matched perfectly, and he cleaned the broken glass very well. They are very kind and caring, and do a great job. Definitely will call anytime i need any glass work. Thank You!

We decided to go with SOF autoglass UGHHHHH after talking to 4-5 companies in Tacoma/ Federal way area and now I regret my decision FOR A LOWER PRICE! Was told I’d have my Window installed and recalibration done to come to find out it was never done but paid for. Trip to dealership cost me $600 to repair issues and you’d guessed it SOF glass and owner no where to be found. I’d steer clear of these guys if your wanting any after sale help/warrantys

My daughter's car windshield got a long crack in it while we were visiting her in Seattle. I wanted someone fast and professional to come to us and fix it right. After looking through the reviews, SOF seemed like a match. They answered our quote request quickly and came to us the next day (on the weekend). It was pretty complicated - something you want an experienced professional to do. He did a great job, working efficiently and thoroughly. He was also friendly and communicated well. Great service and reasonable priced. Woke up to find my window busted when we were about to head out for the day. I found Sof online after going to the big name guys and finding they were a week+ out. Not only was Sof able to replace same day, they charged half the price I would have been looking at. I'm so glad I found this place.

The replaced windshield cracked after a few days. Sof claimed it was due to rust on the frame, which they said invalidated their warranty, but the technician claimed to have seen and fixed the rust before doing the repair and only told us about the rust after finishing the repair, so we had no chance to fully address any rust issues prior to the windshield replacement to maintain their warranty. Later, Sof said the rust damage must have been more extensive than the technician was aware of, but when we took it to a body shop for repair, they found no rust at the site of the crack. Sof provided a small refund.

Sof is amazing. He came and repaired my glass when it was destroyed by vandalisation in my car the same day for such an affordable price. don’t go to big companies like because they overcharge a ridiculous price! he will come in fix your glass for less than half the price and he’s really nice! Cannot recommend enough!
