NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! I took my car that I recently purchased from Maple Leaf Motors on Pacific Highway to their preferred company Lugo's Auto Service for a simple break job and ended up with major engine issues that now are not covered under their cheap and fake warranty that both companies offered! I know they sabotaged my car purposely so that I would have no choice but to return it back to them to spend extra hard-earned money! I regret taking my car to such a lowdown, sheisty, hustler-owned business and Ben Lugo - the so-called automotive specialist - has a HUGE Napoleon complex! Stay FAR away from this place if you love your car and don't want to be taken advantage of. I would never do business with this place, or that cheap used car lot Maple Leaf Motors again!! Both LOW-CLASS businesses!!!!!!

Ben has worked on all our vehicles. He is extremely accommodating and has excellent customer service. He always makes sure I understand what is wrong and what needs to be done. He's been there time and time again from a burned out headlight to a new engine. Sometimes repairs take longer cause he is busy but I'll wait cause know it will be done correctly and he is always up front and honest about how long it will take. Thank you!

Lugo Automotive is the best I've taken my cars to other shops and to people I knew for years. Until one year I had an issue with a car that needed an engine I brought my car here they were not only able to fix it but at a awesome price and nicely timed with amazing customer service. I mean these guys are all around a great experience to encounter after dealing with alot of trashy auto shops. I've now been coming here for years I've became a faithful customer now no one else even touches my car because nothing has change they've remained the same. Always a Happy Customer 🤗🤗 ....C.M

Very nice owner and workers. When necessary—they can be very (within their limits) ‘accommodating and emphatic’ if they are running late on your vehicle. Or even if you can’t pick up right away. Very nice place and one which I believe to be very honest with their clients on the needs of your car. Also, you can ‘feel’ that the owner is not trying to rob you of all your hard earned ‘coins’. As a woman—I treasure that.

I have been a car sales and management for twenty years. I dealt with hundreds of mechanics and shop managers. But Lugo's Automotive in Lakewood, located behind the B & I was the far far the best. I was referred to Lugo's Automotive. So I called and I trust right away. Ben was very friendly and professional. I towed my 2009 Honda Accord to their shop. And shop was very clean. Someone was putting new motor in WRX. I also saw a corvette sitting there getting work done. After they work on my Honda, he show me a dirty spark plug. He also inspected other parts of vehicles to make sure my car runs great. Their work is very high quality at very reasonable cost. I don't do review too often. But I like everyone to know in this area that Lugo's Automotive is the only place you want to go for Automotive services. I am very satisfied customers as you can see :)

The biggest problem I’ve always had with mechanics is trust. Ben Lugo is a man of integrity and my wife and I trust him 100%. Over the years Ben has saved me $thousands by making a 4WD component work by removing corrosion rather than charging me to replace it, and later when fixing my brakes that he found were under warranty, and several other times with different vehicles. I highly recommend Lugo Automotive!

This repair facility gave me the best experience I ever dealt with. They don't scam you. They will sit down and explain/show the work. They worked defending us against our Warranty Company and gave us quality work. We've been to Olympic Auto, Firestone, Lakewood Transmission, and more trying to get adequate repairs for a resonable price. I would recommend going to these guys before purchasing a used vehicle and to handle your repairs HANDS DOWN.

I don't have any experience in newer cars and trucks. When computers were brought in, forget it! I listen and and they explained. I had a few issues with my truck, 2016. They fixed the problems. They were patient in explaining. I actually liked that in a shop.

Lugo’s is always awesome! It’s hard to find an honest, diligent and professional shop anymore. Very thorough, ridiculously clean facility. Per usual, the timeliness of their communications are always appreciated. They performed a full shakedown of the suspension on our Range Rover and diagnosed the issue to be a failed bushing which they replaced in short time . Problem resolved with more than reasonable pricing for the work that was performed. We’ve been a customer for easily over 2 years and don’t bother to call anyone else. Highest regards for this establishment.

We took our older car in to have an assessment of repairs. They did a thorough job of inspecting and explaining problems, as well as giving an honest opinion of repairs needed and recommended. Very honest! In fact their recommendation meant less for them to bill us for, which I found nice of them to let us know.
