“The highest quality that fits your needs”. I love how up front about this they are. I didn’t pay very much so they didn’t wet sand and buff and clay bar the paint but the body work looks good and the car is all one color and shiny! Some body shops are a little too proud to suit me. I’m sure if you came here with an insurance job your car would leave “Like new” but if you just want it to look nice and pay less this is your place too. Very professional and delivered on time and on budget.

I found in Olympia I couldn't get a paint job for less than $8,000 on a midsized truck, and I had no insurance. Since my truck had over 218,000 miles, this was out of the question. This would be for the entire truck, even though it had damage to the left rear. One of the shops suggested Maaco. So I drove to Tacoma, and they gave me a quote of $2,600 to do the back half, including fixing damage to the rear, replacing the bumper, and doing a spot repair on the cab. It would alsi require a match to a pearlescent red paint. They said they could do it in a week. I decided immediately to have them do it. They even took me to Enterprise so I could rent a car! They did it in the week they promised and the job was flawless, and looks great! (I didn't have them replace the rear taillight because I'll do that myself.) Enterprise even came to their location and picked up the rental, so that also avoided an extra trip. I see some people had bad experiences, but I didn't let those deter me, and I'm glad I didn't. James and the team gave me a great experience, so I wanted to give them a shout out.

The job was done quickly and I’m surprised how well it turned out. The price was fair. However it wasn’t perfect. They painted part of my black grill a tan color and there are some textured spots in the paint job itself. Overall the car is beautiful though. James at the front desk is the absolute worst at interactions with other people. He was probably the most rude person I’ve come into contact with in a long time and frankly, he made me feel uncomfortable.

$1200 to paint match hood and grille and remove a couple dents, took little over a week to get the truck back. The paint match isn’t good but it’s whatever old paint is hard to match but I popped the hood and my hood lamp was under my air filter, luckily the screws were still in the engine bay. Random pencil under my battery and the hood latch wouldn’t close idk what happened I could tell they greased the hell out of it but whatever I just replaced it myself. Also there was overspray on the windshield, Last but not least I got home and noticed there were small chipped spots already so that’s good. At least it’s all kinda the same color I guess 👍 (not really)

Let me start by saying that I've had 5 cars painted at Maaco & I haven't gotten one back that I wasn't satisfied with. The last one was in a major wreck & Kimballs quoted me $4,000 more than Maaco, I was happy to get my car back with no problems or issues. Its been a year and still looks great.

Had some kids do some damage to my vehicle and was referred to MAACO. Took it up and met James (really nice guy). He took a look, gave an estimate, and we agreed on a date/time to drop it off. Wasn't sure what to expect since I have never used MAACO. James said it would take about a week to 10 days. I was fine with that since I was gonna be out of town for about 3 days. I return on Thursday and James calls just a few hours after I land and says my vehicle is ready. Wow, only 4 days to complete the repairs so I'm super excited with the timeliness of the work. I tell him I would like to stop in to see the vehicle before making payment. I get there and I'm totally blown away with the quality of the repair and paint. I tell James, he and his team are miracle workers. I am completely satisfied with the quality, timeliness, and cost of the repair. From my experience with James and MAACO, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services if you need repars/paint. Thank you James for a job well done.

I brought my mini cooper in to have it painted. James at the front was very helpful. I had I painted a special color that was a little tricky in that it was a three part process rather than the standard base/clear. They did not just go the extra mile they went the extra 100 miles. They even installed new trim I had purchased. Meticulously detailing every tiny stop. It looks incredible and I could not be more happy. The owner came out and personally made sure everything was perfect. They knocked it out of the park. All that at a fraction of the cost of some other paint shops around. 100% recommend.

I had a somewhat unique situation, and they were great to work with while insurance was jerking me around. Got hit back in December and couldn't find ANYONE to even touch my 4runner either due to age or the bedliner coating on the entire vehicle. Finally, I found these guys, and they said no problem. Fixed the body damage very well. After the final coat, I can't tell a difference between the original and repaired. The paint was talked about beforehand, it was going to be covered with bedliner myself later on so color and finish didn't really matter. I would give 5 stars if they taped off and masked the paint area a bit better. There's overspray on the bed rails, and a good amount of sanding dust got into the back seats, but both are really no big deals. All in all, very happy with their body work and would come back again!

Had my trunk painted. For the price you absolutely cannot beat it. Had a little issue with being charged for excessive rock ship and surface prep that didn’t seem to get done, but it sounds like it was due to a bad employee that was fired. And they worked me on credit overall great experience and the new paint looks great.
