Amazing team of people. Front desk to the garage. I had an issue with my car and they took the matter seriously and helped me fix it and get back on the road. I can not thank them enough. No way in the world I would go to a dealership before consulting them. They also kept me up to date on warranty/recall issues. They helped many people in similar ways while I was waiting. Very professional and trustworthy crew. In the off chance you need to wait to have your car serviced its worth the wait have your vehicle fixed properly. A+++

Had to get my fuel injectors replaced and had severe carbon build up on my engine. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away for a great price. I have a 2014 Audi a4 2.0 Quattro. Ditch the dealership, they’re greedy and money hungry. Too Quicks is the best in town hit them up and get your cars fixed with people that fix the issue, not cause more when you leave the dealership.

Called up looking for service. Explained to Chris I'd like to rebuild a 3.0T. He chuckled. (This is a project car and am already well aware I'll be spending money...) He then stated they would only source an engine and replace it, all under his breath. So, my next question was, "what do you charge for an engine swap if I bring an engine?" He started chuckling once again and said they would have to first source an engine. I had to reiterate I would already have one... He began to mumble something else about no warranty, before I stopped him to ask what he charges for labor per hour. $150 which gets 5 stars for the pricing and negative 3 stars for the shady customer service. You get what you pay for, people!

Brought my car in for a tune from Malone Tuning / Tunezilla for my 535D. I purchased the car used recently and wanted to get a little extra "Oomph". I purchased the "Dynamic EGR" and Stage 2 Tune which drums the car up to +300hp and 545 torque. but after learning the car had a few other previous modifications the crew made sure I didn’t pay for things I didn’t need. After leaving and driving for the day. The car feels soooo much smoother in eco as well as sport. Car definitely moves now in sport. And I have seen an increase in mpg from driving in eco mode! If you are looking for a tune for your Diesel come see these guys for the install. Too Quick’s and Malone / Tunezilla gets my 👍

Doesn’t matter when and what part I need for my BMW or Audi, they always had it within couple of hours. Awesome customer service, awesome people, AWESOME! Also they helped me couple of years ago, when other shops told me to get an appointment weeks later. I screwed up changing my brakes and couldn’t bleed them. Since it was a safety issue, Too Quick told to come ASAP and fixed it. Thank you, Too Quick.

Absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. High praises especially to Luis!! I mean, just wow. I had a horrible experience with the dealership I purchased my Golf All-Track from. They charged me too much money for something they didn't even fix. Luis and the Team at Too Quick's knew exactly what to do and got it fixed in record time. Their communication and overall customer service is top notch. My husband was also impressed with my experience and the extensive knowledge from the team that he's now starting to service his Audi S5 there. No more dealerships for us. I'm so thankful for Too Quick's German Auto Services. Even if you might have to wait for an appointment, don't hesitate to get your car in there. They are the best!

WOW, oh wow! These guys know the older VW's like they were born with them. Reasonably priced, they did stuff on my classic VW that I did not know how to do. Corrected even the most minor problems and issues. This is my new home for my classic Ghia.... no place else will come close to the expertise which was exhibited with the required repairs. GO TO THEM! Luis, Cliff, and Chuck all are professionals. If you want it done right the first time, they do it here.

I had a great first experience at this auto shop! The team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which made the process stress-free. They worked quickly to get my car serviced, and I was impressed with how fast they got everything done without compromising quality. What really stood out was their honesty – they took the time to explain the work that needed to be done without pushing any unnecessary services. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely be back for future maintenance, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient mechanic!

Truly good hearted people. I was having power issues with my 2019 Jetta. I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out that a battery change requires resetting the battery settings in the car's computer with a scan tool and generally requires being done at a dealer or shop. I am new to the Tacoma area and hadn't yet found a mechanic. I called several shops and was quoted $350-$590 for the battery and 1-2 hours of labor for changing it. When I called Too Quick's, I explained the situation and that I was not expecting such high costs, especially because I've always changed my own batteries in the past. They asked me if I wanted to have the battery change done at the shop or if I was going to change the battery myself and simply needed a reset with their scan tool. I was very surprised that this was even an option, so I answered that I would definitely prefer to change the battery myself. I was told that if all I needed was the computer reset, I would likely be charged just half an hour of labor (60$) when I brought my car in they hooked up the scan tool and reset my battery settings, it took about 15 minutes. When everything was complete, they just said "you're all set" and did not even charge me. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such kind, good hearted people who truly seem to care first about helping people.

Too Quicks is the best custom German mechanic on the west coast, period. As an early water-cooled enthusiast, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I put a VRt from an Audi tt in an '86 golf. They didn't wince at any custom requests. I put a 2.0 ABA from a mk3 gti into a mk1 cabbi. They didn't hesitate to make suggestions and help with electrical. These guys are hands down, the best. The shop is always packed with cars because they're so well known for their work by the VW community. Demand is high. Labor per hour is just a step above your run-of-the-mill mechanic, but the diligence and workmanship is light years beyond what anyone else is capable of. The price is more than fair. Too Quick's always make sure everything is done right and built to last. They also have a knack for going through the car and fixing all the little things that any other mechanic would skip over. I went in for a quick alternator swap and, before I could pick the car up, they also tightened my loose door bracket, fixed the sunroof seal, and popped in a few door panel plugs in that they had laying spare. They're not the fastest in the world because of their popularity, but if you give them the time they need, you won't regret it. I've had the opportunity to meet Cliff, Chuck, and Robert on separate occasions and they are all very accommodating- especially if you provide them with flexibility. Just don't take them your botched projects and they'll be more than happy to work with you. If they work on something, they like to send it home with you done the right way. Cliff won't hesitate to tell you that you're borrowing trouble when you try to fix things with a bandaid. They'll also always explain everything you need to know about what they're doing to your car and why. They have my business for life. Attached are a few pictures of the projects they're helped me with.

I found our forever Audi service shop. Our A7 TDI just turned 60,000 miles and needed some catch up on service which our local Audi dealer ignored. Loues (sp?), the counter person was highly knowledgeable about vehicles they service which is limited to Volkswagon, Audi, and Porcshe. We discussed options and they performed the work while I waited. They had the car for about four hours which included a complete rear brake job. When done, Loues explained the charges which I felt were much lower that our local Audi dealer. I'll return for annual oil change so they can give the car a complete check.

This place is amazing! They were 1/3 the cost of the dealer for our repairs on our 2013 Passat with 98k miles, their communication was superior! Luis and Cliff the counter guys were so informative and showed us videos of our repairs, my husband is a heavy duty mechanic and knew all the lingo of what they were doing and what they fixed. They even called to say our car arrived safe and sound off the tow truck upon arrival, I was like WHAT?!! Puyallup VW didn't even do that!!! . My husband and I were highly impressed with the quality of workmanship, honesty and integrity of this shop! Lastly, we went out to the car to leave and found they replaced lost knob they controled our mirrors, we were so surprised!!! Highly recommend!
