Took my car in for an oil change. The whole time at the counter they tried to up sell me by lying about what the up service would do. These people would sell you a muffler bearing for an electric car if they think you were not smart enough.

I have a warranty service contract with Titus Will Ford. I always receive outstanding service. They are " Customer Service" oriented. For a long time, I had to find a ride from Titus Will and back. I took Lift or Uber. I found out 2 years ago that Titus Will has a courtesy ride at theie expense. This service saves me time and money. The service people are always polite and smiling. Terrible experience with the Ford service department. Had an appointment to do recall work on my truck in July only to arrive and be told I would need to leave it with them for 3 weeks to complete. Since this obviously wouldn't work for me I made another appointment for October (they claimed supply chain issues prevented any sooner). Called to confirm they would have the parts for my appointment but they told me they had no record of any appointment. Now the next availability is January and they still won't confirm that they will even have the parts available then or if it will just be another round of excuses. All this for a recall from Ford they say is urgent as a safety issue. Won't be using this service center again.

Good service and quick to get jobs done. If it isn't within the time frame discussed. They will keep you posted and informed. My clutch went out in my vehicle. I called up the shop and they took my vehicle in right away. It was mentioned by one person it would only be a couple of days. I got call ,a short time after leaving the shop, and it was the service shop. Letting me know that it was going to take longer due to having to order a part from Illinois. It actually took less time then said for the part to come in. In no time my vehicle is good to go. Thanks Titus-Will Service Dept and Mechanics.

I had to have a recall done on my 2021 ST and I dropped it off at 11 was told it could be there all day (which was fine). 2hrs after drop off I got a call that it was done. Surprised it was finished so quickly the lady over the phone even informed me I was close enough that they could bring my car to my house! I’ve never had service like that, and not that she knew but I have two toddlers with me so to load them up in another vehicle to drive there, unload them, load them back into my car, and bring them home is a whole deal in itself. And I didn’t have to do that since they were kind enough to bring my car to me! 10/10 would recommend.

This has got to be the worst service/dealership in the state. Do yourself a favor.. stay away. I would never have purchased a vehicle here except the fleet manager I always deal with was purchased by Titus Will.. so now If I want to buy from him.. I have to but from them. But never again. I had a recall notice on a new vehicle.. so I scheduled the service date 8 weeks in advanced. They said they could take care of the recall fix in one day. It is now Day 4 and no communication. Every time I call down there I just get the receptionist who is absolutely no help. Tomorrow will be 5 days they kept the vehicle on a simple recall fix. Have not been contacted one time about any updates. The link they send to your phone is absolutely useless. I hate this Dealership with a passion. It almost like a sleazy game they like to play there.
