the guy sounded very knowledgeable at first and assured me that he has rebuild hundreds of engines like mine and would have it fixed in a week. i called dozens of times following the four month from our first encounter. every phone call was the same “he needs a couple more days” and he slowly started to be very rude to me and additionally started sounding less and less knowledgeable. here we are 5 months later and my bike is no longer running, it’s in pieces, panels are missing from it and he’s refusing to work on it and miscellaneous bolts and he’s charging me for destroying it. while explaining my frustration he threaten to take my bike and part it. this shop is hardly qualified to do an oil/spark plug change. if i could give zero stars i would.

Bob didn't actually work on my bike, but he spent a lot of time on the phone with me and pointed me in the right direction. After 2 months of not being able to get my bike running right I was able to figure it out thanks to the advice Bob have me. He sounded very knowledgeable and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Called to see if they could do a repair for me, they couldnt and thats fine. However after he thought he hung up on me he called me a "stupid ass" and proceeded to rip on another customer immediately after. Not a way to conduct yourself.
