Although I didn’t end up using their services, I spent a good amount of time on the phone with them discussing used trucks. It all started with a request for a PPI (which they no longer offer—and that’s totally okay!). These guys were incredibly friendly, eased my mind, and gave me solid advice on what to look for. Hands down the best mechanic I have ever been to. Not only do they fix whatever is wrong with your vehicle, but they DON'T DO ANYTHING THAT'S UNNECESSARY! Family member had to emergency drop off car as a serious condition made it unsafe to drive. This just happened 10/9/25. They left message on what happened. Called next day to communicate. Multiple days went by, still haven’t looked at it. Family member had to rent a car during this time. On 10/18/25 Ball Repair finally looked at it. After having the car 8 days, they said they can’t fix it. They don’t have the time. It took them 8 days to say they CANNOT fix it! So 10/20/25 I go down to make arrangements to get it towed to another repair shop. AAA had to get special approval to tow from one repair shop to another. Not a common practice. Which means more time on the phone to get sorted out. My family member could not have made this arrangement as they were working and this process took a half hour. (Ball had suggested a shop, drove by and looked like a chop shop.) Needless to say we’re livid! The tow company AAA said it took 8 days to say they couldn’t fix it? Unbelievable I know. Then he explained he was the only person working and who would do the repair at Ball is separate, in other words not connected. So car is now at an AAA repair shop. They were happy to take it, and we had an answer the next day what is wrong. Broken axle and they have to order the part. Which means even more time without our car. If only Ball had said from the beginning they couldn’t work on it. We could have been able to get it repaired faster. So after finding out cost and 12 days of a rental car, we gave our family member our vehicle to use for the rest of the duration of waiting for parts to arrive so it can be repaired properly. Ball should have said from the beginning they can’t do it. Renting a car isn’t cheap and now extra financial burden. I will tell this experience to anyone who will listen and they did and said they won’t be going back there. They are the ones who recommend Ball to us years ago.

I took my car here after getting quoted $3700 in repairs at the dealership. Ball auto checked out my car and it turned out that my car didn’t need anything done yet. To top it off, they didn’t even charge me for the inspection. The mechanic there named Drew is very polite and respectful. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future. Highly recommended

I like these guys a lot. My wife had gone here a few months ago to get her brakes fixed as the dealership she would go to get service at told her she would need her brakes replaced soon. This man was honest and told her that the brakes looked just fine and a few months later that holds to be true. I just went there for an oil change and they were quick and affordable. The man who worked on my car was extremely friendly and polite ending our transaction with a thanks and a handshake. Many people have good things to say about them including many on Reddit. Please check them out for a second opinion, they are worth your time.

Absolutely fabulous service! I had a big scare with my vehicle and my employer recommended I call Ball. I called in and spoke with Quinton(?) about it. He was so friendly and patient and had me bring it by to be looked at. When I got there he wasn't available but Drew helped me and he was just as kind. He eased my mind and sent me on my way. As a female driver that knows nothing about cars I am always worried about being taken advantage of. I am so happy to say that didn't happen at Ball / Stadium Garage and I highly recommend you check them out!
