Not sure why we even bother making an appointment. I was at the shop for an hour before my vehicle was even taken in to a service bay. Once the car was brought back out it was another 15 minutes before I was able to check out and go back to work. When I made the appointment I was told it would take about an hour for the service (new tires) which it did if you don't count the 1st hour of just waiting. No information that there would be a delay when I arrived, no update on why the delay during the wait and since I waited in the shop they could have let me know that they were running behind or something.

I bring my vehicles here when I need anything tire related. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Wait times can be long sometimes, but I understand that they're working on vehicles and it's not always straight forward. Today I brought my car in for a tire repair and a top up on my fluids. My appt time was 2. We waited in my car until they were ready to bring it in which was right around 215. So we walked across to the mall to get something to eat to keep us busy while we wait.

So I’m unable to review about their other services. I booked online which was in their system. Finally found a place that will do an alignment on my lowered vehicle which lifetime alignments that they offer is great for lowered vehicles. I travel all the way from Shelton in order to come to this place.

I had a hole in my sidewall on a Firestone tire. I went to shop and was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and desire to serve. I didn't have $ so they set me up to pay over 6 months with no interest. I also received a discount for applying and being approved for their card, which has no annual fee. I now qualify for various services and discounts. I dealt with a very personable and knowledgeable young lady, who applied due diligence in solving my issues. Very pleased with them and their service.

My boyfriend brought his truck here to be inspected and had them do a wheel alignment. They told him about one issue we were already aware of, but another issue that we were aware of, was never mentioned. Being that the issue was a broken sway bar end link with the bolt not even being there, I can't quite figure out how they missed it considering they were supposed to do an alignment! I don't think I will take any of my vehicles here for anything.

I recently had my BMW’s brake pads and rotors replaced by Calvin, and I’m honestly very happy with the service. He was professional, honest, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the condition of the brakes before starting, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and finished the job cleanly and on time. The car feels much smoother and safer now — no vibration, no noise, and the braking response is perfect. You can tell he pays attention to detail and actually cares about doing the job right, not just fast. If you need brake work or general mechanical service, I definitely recommend Calvin.
