The waiting area is very nice... Which is good because I spent 2 hours waiting for my service (an oil change).

Absolutely the best experience each time I go in. I drive out of my way to go here vs Puyallup or sumner Ford. They’ve just got down the customer service and professionalism. Won’t go anywhere else.

You need an appointment for oil change at this location. My idea of quick lane was first come first served. All service members I came into contact with were friendly.

Parts Department... I went to get a part for my Ford and the staff was very friendly. I spoke with Mr. George Rivera and he answered all my question. I paid for the part and leave. 5 minutes later he called me to tell me that I forgot my credit card. Thanks Mr. Rivera for let me know!!!

I had a great experience working with Georgia one of the service advisor in quick lane. She is so helpful what I want to get done with my car. I like working with her because she was listening with all the problem you have or need to get done for you vehicle. Georgia ensures that you are taken care before leaving the service drive. I was also looking to buy/lease a new F150 and it seems that no salesperson came up to me and help me out. When Georgia saw me to let me know the status of my car, I asked if she knew someone who would be able to help me with my future vehicle. She actually got me a Salesperson Dominic in USED vehicle. I will make this my permanent Ford spot TITUS-WILL FORD. Again I will recommend to drive a little bit farther just to have a better service and a place that I can count on going to get my service done.

This is the only place I get my pillow changed at for my Explorer. They have a great waiting area with plenty of space and desks to work at with free wifi. The service is good, though wait times leave you wanting. I would recommend to anyone that wants good service at a fair price.

I’ve been here a few times and every single time we’re treated with respect and swift servicing. The waits are completely understandable, when there’s more than 6 cars ahead of you getting an oil change what do you expect? Their customer service is beyond great. Had a tail light blow out, in and out within 30 minutes. Had a tire repaired less than 40 minutes. I come here for all my servicing.

Jonathan Moore was a great help! Got me in for an oil change without an appointment and it was done within the hour! It was my first time and my car needed a special oil that was more than the expected amount and he gave me a discount to lower the price! He was very professional and super nice! I will definitely be coming here again!

As a customer for ten years, the Sales and Service team is always professional and customer focused. Want to give a big thanks to Brooke, the Titus-Will Service center, and Ginger from Titus-Will at Lakewood. Very appreciative to the Titus-Will team and Ford for assisting with an out of warranty claim. Tech 1464 did a great job and thanks for the extra attention! While there are other dealers closer to my residence, my business will continue to go to Titus-Will.

I recently had my oil changed at Quick Lane. The service was completed in a timely manner, but had some issues as well. The service department called to tell me about an added service they would like to do. I tried calling back multiple times but couldn’t get through to Quick Lane, just the service department. Then when I went to pick my vehicle up, no one was there for me to check out and when I got in my vehicle there were greasy hand prints on my drivers side upper interior. I called to have them make it right, still couldn’t get through to Quick Lane, so I left a message. No one called me back after several days. A few days after my appointment, I received survey in my email. I completed the survey and left my comments about how my service experience was poor, but haven’t received a response. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this same greasy hand print issue happened at this location a few years back and I could not believe it happened again.

I had several recalls for my lil ford focus that I had been putting off for a while. I was able to easily drive up, park, and check in with Jimmy Maguglin. He took care of almost everything. I was able to chill out in their lounge for 20 minutes while they did a diagnostic and they told me my battery was about tapped. Jimmy and the crew saved me from a future headache. Thanks Quicklane

UPDATE: I was called back by the supervisor, and it was a productive conversation. Appreciated that he listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and steps had already been taken to address similar concerns from other customers. Lack of communication is a company policy. Maybe not in writing, but definitely in practice. Started with a factory recall that would take, "a couple weeks to 6 months." Every communication was initiated by me, several calls not returned. No realistic estimate until suddenly 2 and a half weeks later I get a call to say it is ready. Check engine light comes on a few weeks later, and I return to have them do a diagnostic to make sure it isn't connected to the repair. Hours later I reach out to check in, no return call. I finally go in and "whoops, it was ready 4 hours ago but we forgot to update the computer, but it is definitely not related to the repair. We'll call you tomorrow with an estimate and the diagnostic info." No call. Reset dash warning so I can't get it diagnosed anywhere else. Smoke pouring from under my hood today, call to get a copy of the diagnostic so I can take it elsewhere, told they would email it to me. After an hour, nothing, so I called to talk to a supervisor. Wanna guess what I was told? Yup. They'd call me back... that was over an hour ago.
