Last year I had an issue with my truck, and a hard time being able to pay what he needed. Steve and his wife bent over backwards to give me as much time as he could, while he also went far above and beyond what I've ever had any other mechanic do, trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to and had to let the truck go. But this is NOT a reflection on Full Throttle Automotive, but rather my financial situation at the time. Since then, I've had Steve work on my other car a couple of more times, and his attitude, professionalism and just downright mechanical knowledge is absolutely top notch. Full Throttle Auto Collision and Service is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. Steve and Parichat are professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. They’ve serviced both my 2007 Dodge Nitro and my wife’s 2012 Audi A8L, and Steve’s knowledge of all vehicles is phenomenal. They treat you like family. I have a 4 year old, and they’re always incredibly kind to him. Steve even gave my son a car toy for Christmas, which meant a lot to us. I recommend Steve all the time. I once referred a stranded Audi driver to him and he fit her in the same day. That says everything about their dedication and integrity.
