I needed to replace a rear glass which I found shattered in pouring down rain. My insurance company set me up with a large chain they are contracting with, despite it being self-pay. I got a quote and an appointment next day I could make without missing work, BUT the shop turn right around and cancelled that appointment. I called Auto FX, received a lower quote and a same day appointment. Everybody on the phone and in the shop was professional and pleasant, taking care of the replacement smooth as can be. I much appreciate the shop for solving my dilemma quickly and efficiently and saving me money in the process!

Auto FX is great company and we would highly recommend them. We had a bedliner installed on our brand new 2003 chevy. It lasted over 20 years but was starting to have problems. There was a lifetime warranty on this product, but we were doubtful anything could be done this far down the road. Auto FX truly stands behind their products! We had a new bedliner installed yesterday free of charge! Just awesome! Thank you Auto FX!!

I wanted this to be a positive experience and therefore a positive review… But sadly, our experience with Auto FX Tacoma was the worst experiences dealing with a company (customer service wise) probably since we left Verizon in 2011. , they installed our dash camera wrong twice!!! . They didn’t double check their work to even make sure it was correctly installed. The first or the second time… and the second time the rear camera was just dangling there in the air a foot from the point which it was originally connected as well as not even working STILL. We provided the installation kit for the specific dash camera unit that we had paid extra for which they didn’t even use AND didn’t return not one piece of it to us and charged us for the installation alone almost $700. When brought to Steve’s attention, he put double sided tape on the rear view camera to keep it in place… it fell off before we made it home. In addition to that , before ever leaving auto fx for the second time I brought all of these issues up to Steve and his answer was just like it was the first time, that it must be the chord for the unit and we could certainly buy a different unit…. I had spent hours troubleshoot and even sent them video of it working properly when hooked up to a bigger power output ie; the cigarette lighter port. When connected via usb, or via cigarette lighter (Both are 12-24 v) and I told them and showed them it worked properly when it was connected correctly and to the correct power…. After getting it home and discovering that the power that they had “tapped into” instead of using the power supply kit they were given and did not use AND also did not return to us… with the vehicle turned on the maximum power getting to the unit was under. 5 volts. I had explained this very thing repeatedly… solutions offered the dash cam manufacturers fault and tried to get us to buy a different unit entirely for an additional $500+ tax. No discount for the money we had already spent or anything. We paid the $700 to run wires from a windshield to the back window of an suv…. So they didn’t even have to go through a trunk or anything of great difficulty. We took it to a different establishment and told them what the issues were, what auto fix had done and what we knew the problem was. They fixed the issue in 20 minutes and the camera now works as it should… No additional $500 unit, no new power chord. Just a person listening and genuinely caring to fix the problem…..I would not advise getting any work done by this place . They do not check or double check their work, they do not accept responsibility for their wrong doings and they offer solutions that are in their best interest, not the customers and not that is of any benefit to anyone except them.

$297 just to get on their schedule for a clean and inspect before they could give me an estimate on repairs. I knew what needed to be done (remove/reinstall headliner, sunroof frame, replace plastic guides and linkages for a sunroof that would not open or shut and was jammed) and included details on the request for quote. I'm not spending more than half the repair cost so you can take a look at it. I got it fixed same day at a different shop for $500 plus tax. The tech at the other shop said the clean and inspect was best practice and done automatically as part of the repair.

Always amazing service. Thank you to Steve and Nate, and to Jerome for the amazing window tint on my new CX5. Also, about 7 years ago I brought in my 370Z to replace my front bumper. I didn't want to pay to blend onto the quarter panels and risk the color difference... But painter perfectly matched the color! This is the best shop for jobs big and small.

AutoFx did an incredible job on my bed liner! I was trying to find an alternative to LineX due to their issues and Mil+Spec Liner was highly rated. Dropped it off and was able to pick it up a few days later due to being out of town. They do a thorough prep job and was able to take off all the accessories to include the plastic tailgate panel to spray underneath it. Most places I found would skip that extra step, but this protects the exposed portion of the tailgate. Super happy, highly recommend. Thanks again!

Auto FX did a great job installing my Katzkin seat covers. Very friendly and professional the entire time. My truck was done in one day and looks so much better! Before and After photos below. A small misunderstanding with the installation cost (more of a Katzkin issue than Auto FX I think) but that was resolved rather quickly. Highly recommend Auto FX for any mods to your vehicle.

They’ve worked on all three of our Jeeps (two 2021 Gladiators and a 2021 Wrangler) — replacing windshields, tinting windows, and even installing beautiful KatSkin leather seats in Footprint (my Gladiator). Their customer service is top-notch. My 2013 Cadillac SRX was terrorized by a cat that got locked inside of it. The guys at Auto FX also known as sure fit upholstery were wonderful they fixed it right up. The cost was much less than I expected and the car is like brand new. Thanks Steve and the guys. I also had a Cadillac XT5 2017 that had a front dashboard bubbling up and peeling from the instrument panel. Steve and the crew are fabulous. The quality, precision and dedication are top notch, . I was changing my car interior from old tan to beautiful black. The new upholstered seats are insane. They also helped me with modifying an area for a new radio, alarm, a dash cam that hides behind the rearview mirror as not to have my dash look cluttered. I can’t praise them enough. The pictures are worth 1000 words and you will see the result they gave me.
