I had a terrible experience with Dodge auto furniture shop. They are dishonored and overprice. They were rude and unprofessional. It kept me waiting for hours. Did not answer my questions and ignore my complaints. They also tried to pressure me into buying unnecessary parts and service's they do not care about the customer cars.

I'm very handy. I do make of my own repairs. Once in awhile I do not have the time or equipment to do certain repairs. This is the only shop a let work on my vehicles. They are honest and do things right. They explain why something needs to be done and they do their best to give you an accurate quote. If the work ends up being less time or less parts they are honest and revise the quote and save you money. They always do a few diagnosis and quote. I take referrals and reviews very seriously and this is the only automotive shop I've ever taken the time to refer, review, and recommend. Thank you for all the happy service visits over the years. We are customers for life and believe anyone that gives them a shot will also become the same.

Was encouraged to take my car here by a loyal customer of the shop. It took a week before they could fit me in & I was then charged $400 dollars for one hour of labor to replace a window regulator. They said they had to bring in 'the electrical guy' to do the job. It was raining (of course), & they were already doing my brakes, so I gave the go ahead to fix it. I have since learned that this could have been fixed at a couple of other shops I checked with for $90 per hour. I would not recommend this shop.

The owner didn't let me use a part of his driveway to deliver to his neighbor because his neighbor is not nice to him. A 2075 lbs pallet which I , the driver have to carry with a mechanical pallet jack. Why do I have to feel the hate between them if I didn't do anything wrong.

We went to Dodd's for over a decade, sadly we've recently moved out of state. We absolutely had stellar, trustworthy service over the years and as our children grew up, they also have taken their cars to Dodd's. Even our kid who moved to eastern Washington made the trip over if she needed more than an oil change. Absolutely recommend.

found this shop on google as i was looking for a reasonably priced brake fluid flush. they had a coupon on their website and it was easy to get an appointment. it was a smooth and swift service, and they even laid down disposable covers on the driver's side floor and seat to keep my car clean. i appreciated the quality treatment of my vehicle.

I went here in the past more than a few years ago for a four wheel alignment. They told me that my frame was bent when they measured everything and said I would have to get that repaired before they could do the alignment! They also ripped my steering wheel grip that came with my car, ripped the shifter leather cover! When I mentioned this to the manager he just kind of shook his head and said he didn't know anything about this! To make the story short, I went to the dealership and they measured the frame and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! I got my four wheel alignment done too! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Had a bad experience here, cannot for the life of me figure out what went wrong. This place quoted me $750 to replace headlights on a 20 year old economy car. They told me you needed to remove the bumper, which is just flat-out not true. The “third bolt” they blamed it on doesn’t event exist! Two of my AAA tows, wasted, and for no reason. Whoever told me to come here must’ve been playing a dirty trick!

My friend recommended this shop to me, and I’ve always been nervous about automotive places. I’m the type of girl who ignores check engine lights and hits curbs, so I don’t know much about cars. Because of that, I’ve often felt like auto shops take advantage and overcharge. That was not my experience with Dodds. They truly took care of me, were honest, and gave me fair pricing, which meant a lot. More recently, my boyfriend bought a new car and started having some issues. I told him to take it to Dodds, and it turned out to be just a small leak. They put a new clamp on it, filled his antifreeze to the top, and didn’t charge him anything. It meant the world to me knowing they took such good care of someone I care so much about. I trust Dodds completely and will be going there fora long time.

When my daughter was buying a used car in Auburn, my friend recommended that we take it to Dodds to get checked out. I'm from the East Coast so was happy to get a reference for a reliable mechanic in WA. When I made the reservation with Dodds, I was surprised to find out that they would not charge me for that service. That tells me that their customers and their cars are more important to them than making a quick buck. So much integrity. The car had over 200,000 miles on it and barely made it from the car lot to Dodds. When I was on the highway, it suddenly lost power, then started bucking. I managed to get the car to Dodds by shifting gears continuously. I was hoping for a quick fix - maybe the car just needed a new clutch. But after their inspection, Dodds told me that the car needed a new engine and was not driveable. I called the car lot to tell them that they had sold my daughter an undriveable car. The car lot called Dodds to find out what their inspection had uncovered and then called me back to tell me that they would refund the money. If not for Dodds, I would have ended up stranded on the side of the highway and out thousands of dollars. And for all that great service, they never charged me a dime.

Greatest auto shop in the area for your little sedans. Doug communicates, answers questions, and will go above and beyond for the beloved family car. They can source ancient parts that come in reliable and fresh and the cost for labor is more than fair considering the work that goes in. My sister and I both took our old 90's cars here for years and years. After I had to say goodbye to my old Corolla, I brought them an even OLDER Corolla and they can handle it no problem. Never seen a scratch, dent, or stain from here. Only great new parts, full and honest estimates and reports, and compassion and kindness from the people in the shop.
