I was having troubles with my car and this was the first place I went to. They helped me out immediately. I was able to drive around the neighborhood with one of the employees, Haji, to locate the issue of my vehicle. He fixed the heat shield for no cost. The employees and business owner are trustworthy, personable, and reliable. It's difficult to find car mechanics that have those qualities! I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Very honest people . The owner or the manager of the shop was honest and let me know about some issues my car had before he even started fixing it . The only bad thing is that they have a lot of customers and sometimes take a good minute to service your car, but they do great work. Very reasonable prices too ! Compare them to most shops and you'll notice the price difference.

I had called All American Towing to ask if my van was towed - I was told on October 3rd it wasn't there. When I called again on October 6th I was told it was there since October 1. When I said I had proof in my phone log that I had called and asked about it even giving plate number and description and even spoke with a manager - who refused to allow me any leeway and they charged me the additional $105 in storage fees giving me a lame excuse about policy. I nicely said to the lady that I hope she doesn't ever need mercy. Aside from that this is a wicked policy and I am very disappointed in the lack of empathy.

After comparing the price quote from a major corporate competitor in town (I'll leave it unnamed), I was pleasantly surprised by the VERY reasonable price for repair work I got from this group of people. They were wonderful! Haji, tow driver and mechanic, was super personable and understanding of my situation and worked it out with me very well and got me back on the road with my car the same day - just in time for my evening shift! You can't beat the honesty, integrity, sense of community and expertise of this shop. Mayday Cafe is a great place to sit down and have some coffee at next door while you're waiting.. they appreciate this shop too and are glad to be neighbors. Definitely spreading the word to my friends. THANK YOU!

If it is a good comment about this mechanic is a pure lie. They told me to pay 3000$ for nothing they are a scammers I hate this place they said they gonna give a quote before they fix it but without telling me they fix it already. They got the whole part from junk yard and they gonna ask for a lot of money and they gonna get the whole parts from junk yard so basically they just making money of it even I don’t mind paying a lot of money for good job

In late 2023, I crashed my car on the interstate and bought a beater Toyota Corolla that I need to get me through 2025 till I finish paying debt. (Couldn’t afford a $200 monthly car payment.) I really don’t want to put money into this vehicle, but I noticed an issue so I called All American Auto Repair and received me a fantastic rate on the repair. (Way better than companies like Midas that overcharge you on parts and labor.) They told me that I could wait longer and didn’t charge me to look at the issue. Nobody likes taking their car to the mechanic, and you’re going to get negative reviews simply being an auto shop, but this company is honest, and from what I’ve heard from close friends, does great work on vehicles. If you’re trying to avoid greedy mechanics overcharging you for subpar work to your car, visit All American Auto Repair!!

Writing a second review on a different account but— Stop playing and come to this mechanic. They always do great work, have the best service and they’re really honest. If you’re hesitant to try a new mechanic, don’t be. I used to haaaaaate going to the mechanic till I found this place. Excellent service at this shop. Friendly staff, high quality mechanics, and very fair pricing. I had them fix my brakes on my van a few years ago and they did a great job. Just recently, I had a brake line on the van develop a leak from corrosion. They had it replaced within an hour and the brakes are nice and tight. All the parts and labor here are backed by a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty.
