Wow, this dealership is awesome! Our salesman (Travis) was outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. We ended up purchasing a new 2025 jeep wrangler from these fokes. Their inventory is large but if you are wanting something not on their lot, they will locate it and have it brought in, which was what happened with us. Again dont let that fool you, we needed a right side steering jeep, their inventory is large with many models and colors to choose from. If your salesman ends up being Travis, he'll ask you if you need anything, be sure and tell him " a million dollars would be nice" he'll know who recommend ya! Jokes aside you'll be treated fairly and friendly with any sales or staff here.

You’ll regret ever bringing your vehicle to this service center! My truck has been here since 8am it’s now 5:32pm with no communication.and it still hasn’t had the easiest repair completed, not to mention the last time they had it over 2 months with little to no communication and had to be brought for the same problems they did not fix. I’d suggest take your vehicle elsewhere

I dropped off my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L at All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of San Angelo on October 13th for a recall and warranty repair, and as of today, I still don’t have my vehicle back. The communication has been very inconsistent I’ve had to reach out multiple times for updates and was told several different things each time. The original repair was supposed to be quick, but it’s been over two weeks and I still don’t have a clear timeline. I was told a rental would be available, then told it would have to be out-of-pocket, then told they had none available.This has caused a huge inconvenience for me and my family, especially since I have kids and rely on this vehicle daily. I’ve been patient and polite throughout all communication, but at this point, the lack of urgency and accountability is beyond frustrating. 😞If you need reliable service and clear communication, I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Appointment was at 3 o'clock. Got the car almost out by 6 for oil change. I know they had to get the air filter from the supplier but still almost three hours other than that.They were friendly though they were very friendly to snaf
