This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I took my car in for a state inspection and called the next morning to get a quote on fixing an issue with my husband’s truck. The man I spoke with said we would have to talk about it in person when I came to pick up my car because his phones were ringing off the hook. I thought that was a bit strange, but ok. Then when he called back later to let me know my car was ready, I told him I would have to pick it up after hours so I wanted to ask about the repairs for my husbands truck over the phone. He said no, his phone is ringing again and he doesn’t have time to talk to me so I should just call another day in the future and maybe we could talk about it then. Really? What makes me less important than the other customers calling on the phone? I am an equal paying customer as they are. Never in my life have I seen a business actually actively turn away customers. They must be doing extremely well for themselves, so I guess good for them.

This was the first time i had a business hang up the phone on me during a call asking about the work performed. My truck’s alignment was performed 2 months ago… i was wondering why the shop worker didn’t notice the bad tie rod during alignment? I was concerned because in a short period of time the tie rods went bad. I asked if they guaranteed the alignment? Answer was no. I asked for the details of the procedure followed and if a person did observations during alignment. Dial tone. Anthony made it clear it is all about the money - and not about my safety and not about satisfied repeat customer. It is difficult to be loyal when treated like trash.
