My first accident, I was really upset but fortunately no injuries. I wasn’t really sure of the extent of the damage but it was extensive. Mike was great, he assured me that it was fixable and not to worry. It took a long time but Mike wasn’t giving the car back unless it was 100%. We all pay a lot of money for our cars, and some of them have a lot of sentimental value so when something happens to it, it’s heartbreaking. The team at all city collision repaired my car and repaired my heart. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the finished job. My car has never looked better and I’ve never been happier with it. Following the pandemic a lot of parts have been on backorder, but Micheal put in a lot of effort to get this done as soon as he could. Had such a hard time finding a good collision place that would take original parts that I bought from Honda to fix my car. The wife rear-ended someone and destroyed the front of the car. Happened to drive by All City and just walked in. Mike (bald dude) and other Mike (w hair) were very professional and friendly from the start, and they took the parts and deducted it from the price. They were very accommodating. It took forever bc the parts took long to arrive, but they did an amazing job. Car looks brand new. I have a new collision shop for all my car needs.
