This is the absolute BEST place to get a very good exterior wash at a fantastic price! The owners are nice, the workers efficient and competent. And they have awesome "specials" on certain days for seniors, ladies, TLC drivers, etc -- all around $6-$8 for basic service. I've never spent more than 20 minutes waiting for them to finish my car, either! I highly recommend Victory Auto Spa!

The worst carwash i have ever been to. I paid for a mini detail for $69. The lady that worked there promised me they would shampoo the seats and clean everything thoroughly. When i went to pick up my car, the seats weren't cleaned at all. There were still soda stains on the car seats and dirt every where. They offered to redo it for free. Even after the redo, the car still wasnt cleaned thoroughly. Put it this way, i've had better carwashes for half the price.

First experience wasn’t the best but wasn’t bad, just ehh, went back anyways and spoke the Jack, he was amazing about everything helped me out, apologized and was very good with pricing and such. Going back again and def recommend this place to others.

They cleaned my car extremely well. I also needed some body work done, and it was completed timely and professionally. They really took care of details I never noticed, which was included in the estimated price. I like how the price I was given was very competitive, and they stuck to the estimate I got before the work started. I recommend this place.

I stopped by for Wednesday, Ladies day for car wash discount. The guys who washed my car both exterior & interior did a great job. They were able to get rid of the dark marks on my beige leather interior car seats. The owner also provided great customer service and explained the shop is now under new management where he'd be happy to offer me superior service the next time I come for a car wash or wax detail. I also didn't have to wait long, which I appreciate.

I was here for the first time for an inspection. The first guy checked all safety equipment and found that my license plate lights were out ☹️ I returned home and replace the bulbs. Returned back to the shop and a second guy did the emission part. The two guys who worked on my inspection were friendly and courteous. The manager was on top of everything at all stations they have ( oil change/inspection, car wash) during my wait time there were at least other 4 customers for different reasons and I noticed all of them were happy and satisfied with the service they received. I highly recommend this place. NB: This is a way different experience from my 2 year ago bad experience with a scammer at 2052 Victory Blvd who told me that I needed to change the cabin air filter in order to pass the inspection 🤣

Victory auto spa is the only place that I go to with anything that involves my car. The owner Jack is kind, understanding and personable. I recently went to him for repair on my car and he was thorough, and treated me like a friend who was there for me in a time of need. I picked up my car after the repair was done and it was fully washed and looked beautiful. He offered me a free inspection no charge. I highly recommend this place my whole family always goes to victory auto spa and we love Jack!!!

I am very happy with their service. They are very professional and efficient. Came in for a state inspection on my Mercedes and while I was there Jack (the owner) came out and saw my car was hit from a hit and run and the insurance company tried to short change me. But thank god that Jack got involved and knew how to deal with the insurance company. I Got my car fix perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone fantastic auto repair shop.

I have been going to this place for years. Owned 3 cars, and bought all of them here. Excellent quality work, very price friendly. Staff is amazing, helpful, thorough, friendly, and welcoming. I’ve never had any issues with the maintenance on my cars or the car washes. Probably the best car wash I’ve ever been too. Definitely HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

HI! My name is Stephanie and I live in Staten Island. I want to give a huge thank you to Jack and his wonderful team at Victory Auto Spa for fixing my car and restoring it to it's original beauty. My car was hit by a huge construction vehicle outside of my school, and I was sitting inside of the car when it happened, parked in front of a house. I stayed inside the car and I called my car insurance company. They gave me two options: 1. Pay my deductible (it was a lot) and then they will cover all of the repairs, or 2. Go after the other insurance party and file a police report at the scene of the accident. I chose to have the other insurance company pay for the damages to my car. If I hit a car, it would have been my fault, but that was not the case. Thankfully, I was not injured. That would have been a whole other deal! Afterwards, I spoke to Jack at the auto shop and he said that his shop would take care of all of the repairs, and that he would handle the claim. He has been doing this for well, around two decades, and is very experienced in handing customer claim requests. Well! Not only did he stay on top of the claim like white on rice, he even gave my car a bath! It came back to me fully detailed, washed, and the scratches on the car were fully repaired. I was a bit nervous throughout the entire process, because I did not know what to expect, but Jack and his wonderful team made the entire process seamless. Also, the other car insurance company paid out for the repairs on my car, which took around a week to complete. It needed a new headlight too, and Jack's team also gave me a list of suggested repairs- the Volkswagen team took care of this as per my lease agreement. Overall, this is a great shop, with a wonderful team who really care about their customers!
