We brought our 08 Ford Focus to have the transmission overhauled. When we first called to ask questions, the knowledge, experience, and professionalism was apparent. It's now been over a year driving multiple thousand miles and it's still as strong as the day we drove it away from their shop. All future transmission issues I hear about I will send to All Out. I'm not sure why anyone would deal with this place. I called up there to see why changing a radiator hose was almost $300 on an old 98 Rav 4. Luke the "owner" immediately got defensive and belligerent about his $120 an hour labor rate after being asked and hung up on me. When I called back to explain there must have been some confusion, and that I was only asking, he proceeded to continue to act aggressively and kept telling me to "name a cheaper place in town." I'm all about supporting the little guys and local businesses but this was ridiculous and uncalled for.

These guys are great. I initially took my vehicle to Firestone (only because they are next to where I work) and they told me I need to take my truck to a transmission shop. A friend recommended All Out Auto and these guys had my truck fixed the next day. Just needed new wheel bearings and U joint. Pricing was less than I expected and they explained everything. The mechanics here did a great job replacing an intake camshaft and phaser. Also replaced valve cover and manifold gaskets. No leaks. The Jeep runs perfect and no check engine light. They did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and didn’t settle for a quick fix to turn the engine light off temporarily. Great job gentlemen!

These guys are the real deal. Coworker’s dad recommended them to me and I am so glad he did. I thought my transmission was failing because the car was refusing to accelerate, bucking, and struggling to jump gears. Felt like the car had no gas at times. They saved me from doing a full transmission replacement because they figured out that somehow my engine airflow had disconnected. Ron I believe it was, literally just plugged back in the wire, called me and confirmed that that was the same problem he experienced test driving it, and then they didn’t charge me a cent. I am so impressed by their courtesy, kindness, and transparency. They didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars or how simple a fix it was. They just fixed it, helped me immensely, and got right back to work on the next car. These guys stay busy for a reason. You may not have your car for 2 weeks, be warned, but it’s because their professionalism, transparency, attitudes, and work ethic is the best in Nashville and people KNOW it. Thank you for taking care of me and my car. They will take good care of you and yours too!

These guys are excellent! I tried a self repair on on my truck and broke it even more. All Out Automotive was able to correct my mistake and fix my truck and did it for a very fair price. They have earned my business moving forward. I'm a very handy guy and usually fix most stuff myself but with their quality work and fair pricing I will do very little to any of my vehicles moving forward. I will take everything to All Out Automotive and let true professionals do the job.

My Ram got the dreaded “hemi tick” from the exhaust manifold and was outside of warranty, even though the dealer fixed it three years ago (dealerships suck). Found this place after scouring google for a repair shop that wasn't associated with a dealer. These guys were awesome. Needed the 60K routine maintenance + oil change on my truck before a big move in a few months. I knew my truck might need some extra love bc it'd been awhile since I'd taken it in. Whole team was very nice, got me schedule within ~10d of my initial phone call. Very straight forward when explaining what needed to be done to my truck and weren't trying to push anything on me or recommending unnecessary maintenance. Took care of my rear brakes, rotors, oil, and belt for a very reasonable price (~$600). Got my truck back same day too, which was more than I was expecting. On the drive home the engine light came on (wasn't on prior), next morning popped by and guys took care of it lickity split and apologized for the inconvenience. Great bunch of folks over here, I've literally been recommending their shop to all my coworkers. If I was staying in TN these would be my go-to mechanics. Thanks guys!!

Ron was a lifesaver! We were two days into our Nashville/Memphis family vacation from Ohio when the transmission suddenly went out on our Suburban. We called around to several dealerships and transmission shops in the area, and none of them could get us in. Ron was super knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and kind. He got us in and our transmission fully taken care of before the week was out, and even for cheaper than one of the other places had quoted us for two weeks out from then!
