edit. After my post, was finally able to speak with someone in charge. A substantial revision was made to the bill.
These people are crooks. They took advantage of my 75 year old mother. She had a leaking pipe going to an outside faucet. A foot or so of pvc pipe and a couple elbows and they charged her $750. Easy access didn’t even have to go under the trailer. So she called speak to someone in charge and wasn’t allowed to speak to anyoneby the woman answering the phone. She asked for an itemized bill and they sent this estimate not itemized, Of course they couldn’t because there is no way to justify the outrageous bill.
