ALLEN HONDA IN COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: "Juan McCollough"... is THE amazing person you need for your salesman!! Ladies... I walked up with my adult daughter and there were four salesmen outside in front of the building chatting. As we walked up, three QUICKLY dispersed, but Juan stood there, greeted us with a firm handshake and a brilliant, sincere smile and asked which of us was the lucky one. It was me. I told him a little bit about my unique situation and he said, "Let's get you another vehicle!" We walked in at about 10:30 A.M. and he and the amazing business team treated us with dignity, compassion and true care for my unique situation and at 3:30 PM I walked out with a beautiful 2025 Honda Accord. Not once did Juan treat us as if he was misssing out on sales dealing with "us". I know for a fact, I surely would have been turned away if I would have gone anywhere else or to Carmax as I originally did, but we didn't even make it inside because we had to both use the bathroom the very moment we pulled in. THAT WAS GOD!! God knew "Juan" was waiting for us at ALLEN HONDA. It was a divine appointment, 100%!! Allen Honda is like NO other dealership I have ever dealt with or will ever again deal with again! If you want your story; your unique situation to matter, and to be treated like "you", as a person matter, not just the sale or $$$, your only choice is ALLEN HONDA, and Juan McCollough. We live two hours and 20 minutes from College Station, but "GOD" worked out every step out for three weeks, that led us to Juan McCollough and ALLEN HONDA. No matter what city or state you live in, make the drive and let "your" story be told to Juan and the team at ALLEN HONDA. It/he, will be the only dealership and salesman you'll ever want to do business with again.

Allen Honda has always had a good service department since I started using them a few years ago. During my most recent visit, Alex T. was a competent and attentive service advisor. While I came in expecting to wait awhile for an oil change, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told it was already done after 30-45 minutes (I was originally quoted 1.5 hours). I appreciated Alex's good communication, his professionalism, and walking me through what had been done to the car, including a complementary multi-point inspection. I am not often motivated to write a review after a good experience because simply good service should be the standard, not the exception in my opinion. However, exceptional, above-and-beyond service like I received deserves to be recognized as well. Thank you Allen Honda.

I would like to thank Daniel in Sales, Kassie in Finance, and Raycee in Service. I purchased my Honda Fit here on November 4. The exterior paint was a little faded, but overall the car was quiet and ran very smoothly. It was originally sold as a new car by Allen Honda and had been owned by a single owner for about nine years, with all maintenance done at Allen Honda. Daniel was a great help in getting the car to a reasonable price, and Kassie clearly explained the available warranty options. During the first week after I took the car home, a few minor issues came up. However, the Allen Honda Blue Warranty really saved me. I had to bring the car in several times over about a week; although one of the issues ultimately could not be fully diagnosed, Raycee did everything she could to help. I want to once again express my gratitude to all the staff at Allen Honda, especially the three people mentioned above. I was told that this dealership has been serving the College Station community for over 50 years and is built on trust, and I truly felt that in my experience. Of course, anyone looking for a new or used car should always do their research and compare options, but I personally highly recommend this dealer. I’ve already been telling my fellow grad students about Allen Honda and would be happy to bring anyone who needs a car here and introduce them to this dealership. I hope my car will stay trouble-free, and I pray that this company and everyone reading this will be blessed. God bless you. 🙏

Fine job in the service department!!! I had fluids changed on my vehicle 2 days later I'm dragging a skid plate down the road. The service mange Zach asked to bring the vehicle in and leave it with them to assess the damage. Without ability to provide a loaner after they damaged a 6 month old vehicle. He also told me I had "only been to their dealship twice and that it was best if we cut ties" I figured being a honda dealership i would be experiencing issues like this . This us not my local ( 100 plus miles away)dealer as I stopped passing through I would strongly urge anyone needing service or help to find another dealership.

The whole buying process was great! Every person we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. While so many dealerships have become corporate and impersonal Allen Honda still has that local family feel. With the exception of the time spent going through many additional warranty options (which they are required to do), each step was fast and went smoothly. I will buy my next car from them for sure!

Honda Bob is the most professional car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He makes you feel welcome and is very polite. We were recommended to go to Allen Honda by a very close friend. Prior to Allen Honda College Station I sought routine maintenance at other dealerships. One in particular continuously never made me feel like I was an important customer, set appointments for alignment etc on dates that they did NOT have technicians or specialists available, wasting my gas (I come from 45 minutes away from Bryan/ CS), and despite having an appointment for 7:30am, would leave at 11:00am. At Allen, they treat you like a respected customer. I came in as a new customer in a 2025 Jeep Compass just purchased in august for my first oil change and tire balance. They provide professional service and prioritize you with video-linked footage of their vehicle diagnostic findings. They also give you an option for carwashing and detail for when they finish. Allen Honda CS is fantastic and I will continue to be one of their customers as time progresses. This is a great place for all people who want a timely service from good upstanding people. I would like to also especially give thanks to Alex Toriz from Service who went above and beyond in taking care of me. He takes pride in his work and above all has the heart of service. I appreciate him and all of Allen Honda CS. 5/5 A+, you will not be disappointed.

Very disappointing experience with Allen of Honda. We had been working remotely with the dealership on a specific Honda Pilot, as we live about an hour away. Our sales representative, Sofia, was initially helpful and provided us with a buyer’s order reflecting a selling price of $32,500, which matched the vehicle’s online advertised price at the time. Just one day later, the vehicle’s online price increased by $2,000. During the following two days, we remained in active conversations with the dealership about scheduling our visit to finalize the purchase. At no point was the online pricing change proactively communicated. The day we were preparing to drive in, with two children under 4, including one who was teething and dealing with an earache, I reached out to reconfirm the numbers we had been working from because I noticed the price change online. That was when we were informed the dealership would only honor the new, higher online price. We were told the increase was due to a “market adjustment,” which was difficult to understand given the vehicle’s Carfax history (multiple owners, prior commercial use), visible cosmetic issues, and the fact that it had reportedly been sitting on the lot since November 2025. Adding to the confusion, another Pilot we had originally inquired about, with better condition and a stronger Carfax, was priced only about $500 more than the newly increased online price of the vehicle we were negotiating on. We spoke with manager Wyatt, but unfortunately the situation was not resolved. We understand that pricing can change, but transparency and communication are critical, especially when customers are planning long trips. This experience left us feeling uneasy about the process.
