Prior to our vacation we made an appointment with Skyler at Allen Honda's Service Department for an oil change and tire rotation. Her care was excellent. She gave us a report of the technician's findings on the Multi-point inspection and was supportive of our decision. She was very attentive and even found a coupon we weren't award of. Thank you Skyler for your excellent care! Thanks also to the crew for washing our vehicle and bringing it back so quickly.

I had a great coupon for this tune-up so the price was great. Zach was the technician for my car and process. He was attentive and honest. I would return for service there because I feel that I can trust him. The service department sent me a video of the inspection and recommendations while I waited inside in the nice, clean waiting area. It was comfortable with bathrooms and snacks/drinks provided.

They met me immediately and got me right in for service. They have a fantastic and clean waiting area with all the amenities for patrons and or customers to be comfortable while they wait. During my wait, I received a video from the technician “showing me around” my vehicle during his general inspection and explaining what he saw in detail while focusing on the individual parts of my truck topside and from underneath. I was in and out in less than an hour and I was very impressed with the high level of service And customer service I received. Just one more reason I’m glad I am doing business here at Allen Honda. Great Job!!!

Again I will say go see Alan S! He was professional, caring, informative and had unbelievable patience with me! I had a minder code on my dash and he helped explain what they meant..multiple times I might add. Alan went above and beyond to check on past maintenance my vehicle had to ensure I was completely up to date in all maintenance repairs and put my mind at ease. During inspection we found some issues that needed maintenance as well. Without hesitation he helped with the pricing and financing to cover the cost and I was out within 2 hours even though everything was last minute !! (she had a lot of work) Would definitely recommend him for the most excellent service I’ve had and that’s tough to beat. The service department has always been good to me but Alan is who I will continue to schedule with! Thank you Alan S!

Great service! This was my second visit, and Michelle was really attentive and caring! I visited here almost in the evening on Thursday and Michelle helped me make an appointment right away, and my car got fixed on Monday morning. She was responsive and handled all my questions timely. She immediately called me to answer my question on message. I also really thank the technician, Olav, for fixing the AC problem perfectly and even organizing the loose cables for the dashcam. I was really happy to see them nicely hidden as I didn’t really know how to disassemble the parts to put them in. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended :)

AND YET They did it again! Awesome yet speedy service. I've been coming here for a while now. I've gotten many services work done here and got new a car. I have never gotten any service done that was less than A1. I do not live in College Station but had a minute in between appointments. I have been really concerned about the tires on my car being worn, being away from home and traveling alone.I stopped at Allens and a very polite and patient young man reassured me that my tires still had some mileage and should be fine. My 2012 Honda Pilot was dead to the world. It wouldn’t start, even after getting the battery charged. I had it towed to Allen Honda for diagnosis and repair. Dalton Grasmick was my service advisor. Once it was determined that I needed to replace the alternator, I was provided a loaner car. Dalton kept me informed on the progress and expected completion date. I was thrilled to learn that Honda has a financing option through Sunbit to make payment of major repairs financially manageable. I’m very pleased with my service from Allen Honda and always have been through the 10 years I’ve lived in College Station.

Highly recommend. Dalton was my service advisor, and he was thorough. He looked through my whole service history and made sure that we got what was necessary. We are ahead of the maintenance schedule and wanted to make sure that we didn't get services that were already done. Excellent service by Matthew Taylor and his team! I was created immediately, checked-in and continued to be updated throughout the wait; which was not long. I do not know how it got such a high rating. I waited for almost three hours with a scheduled appointment. And the service price is much more expensive than the market price.
