I took my car in for a tune up and tire change. the tune up did not make a difference at all when it is supposed to be a huge difference. I actually have lower mpg. When driving on the freeway the car heavily shook because the tire was not put on properly. I also took another car for an oil change and they put the wrong oil and the oil started leaking. yes they are very cheap but i dont even think there mechanics are ase certified

Came in and had my alternator replaced. A few days later my car broke down on the freeway and overheated. When I towed it back, Acer Auto said that my alternator belt was gone (I WONDER HOW). They replaced the belt but the car never started back up. They were the last to touch the alternator belt and then said it was my fault for driving it which caused it to overheat. It would not have overheated if I had an alternator belt. Now my car needs a whole entire new engine...its a 2011. Do not bring your car here. They laugh and joke around and come off as good guys but the truth is no one knows what they're doing and no one truly cares. The owner Sam wants your money, not to fix your car. I don't believe anyone who works there is actually certified. $500 later, I have a car that no longer runs (mind you I'm still paying for it). Thanks alot guys!!

Went here , had them check an oil leak which they said was my rear main seal and that It would cost me 600$. Having had work done here prior, I thought they were telling me the truth. Something told me to get a second check by another shop as I usually do, Turns out my oil leak was a simple loose oil filter which 212th Automotive fixed for free, I would highly recommend 212th Automotive in Kent. Stay away from this shop, they lost my trust in them. You have been warned.

Allstar Auto Repair has been the best repair shop that I have delt with in 30 yrs. Their prices beat everyone. Quality service and rapid turn over time. I highly recommend this repair shop. Ive been there 4 times and everytime they had the parts waiting on me and returned the vehicle to me the same day or the following day. Excellent customer service and straightforward.

I showed them my vehicle that required clutch replacement. after replacing the clutch, they gave me back my car with at least 4 more new problems in Engine and Transmission. (all developed in their garage) I don’t recommend you going there just because they don’t charge you for the diagnosis.

Very unhappy with this shop. They state they don't keep records. I went and paid close to $300 for a oil change and filter change. A few months later issues came up that were totally missed by this shop. These issues could have caused severe expense and failure in my car. I only tried out this shop one time due to the fact that they are open on Saturdays. I will not return. Edit: To respond, I am attaching photos for proof of what I paid for oil change and filter change. $275.50. Which is close to $300. My review stands. Trust in this shop is lost.
