Hopefully the owner finds this review and takes consideration on how helpful this review will be and on how some of their locations run business targeting younger audiences like me. I recently went to Foss audio in tukwila thinking I would get the same price on what they quoted me at the Kent location. Seeing I was an 18 yr old guy with a flashy car thinking I was an easy target to pocket some “change”. Tukwila foss audio charged me 650$ close to 800 DOLLARS to install one back up camera for me, setting me up with all these crazy hidden fees. It was unbelievable on how someone could do such a thing and I was deeply offended. I was thinking to go do my business else where but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I went Kent location and they were the most honest people that I could ever ask for. Not scamming others for the benefit of themselves. Their work was great and they treated my car with care. I recommend for other customers to do yelp consultations to get a firm price on things like how I did. The team over in Kent was super helpful but, the owner really needs to check on the employees down in tukwila scamming others giving a bad rep to their names.

The backup camera and audio with installation you said $150, but the price on the place was asked me $1068. How can this be? (This your response….“I have more than 50 options we have car play radio with camera and bluetooth for $150 pluus parts and install”)

Came in to hook a friend up with a new radio/stereo on her 2010 Honda crv. The staff was extremely helpful and took time to offer the best fit services and plenty of feedback. They were kind enough to even ward us away from options that were more trouble than they were worth, which is extremely uncommon in this industry in particular. Easy 5 stars.

I can't recall the guy's name but the tech I spoke with spent a ton of time disagnosing my head unit issues because it wasn't getting power. After realizing the problem guided me to a new wire harness that would fix my issues and did all this without charging me a dime. Great customer service!

Just got my car tinted at Foss Audio & Tint and honestly I'm so happy with how it all went! Originally booked over the phone but when I needed to reschedule for an earlier time last minute, I could do it digitally which was so nice since I wouldn't have been able to call in to change it otherwise. The two guys there were really chill and welcoming, they totally got why I was anxious about my brand new car and made me feel way better about it. The work came out clean, so no bubbles, perfect lines, quick pickup, what I wanted. You can tell they actually care about doing good work and aren't just trying to rush through jobs. Really satisfied with the whole experience, definitely recommend if you're thinking about getting your car tinted!

Yo! So I called Foss Auto on a Monday and asked him about an install of a stereo inside my 2013 Cadillac ATS4 Performance. I informed him my stereo was coming in tomorrow on Tuesday. He said bring it in when you get it and I’ll see what I can do for you. I did, I brought it in Wednesday morning and he had it in his bay that same afternoon and finished by close of business. Needless to say, I’m very happy and can’t complain one bit. When I purchase a new vehicle in the near future, I know who I’m hiring to get it tinted cuz they do that too. I’m customer for life.

They reconnected an auto start unit after the dealership disconnected it and failed to reconnect at no additional cost. I liked that level of customer service enough to have them install an auto start on another vehicle. I also had them go one shade of tint lighter on my front door windows to make visibility better when it's dark outside.
