He is the best! I had my car worked on a week ago by him, it only took a little over a day to be finished and my car has ran so smoothly since (replaced my radiator & headlights) and today I had my wheel bearings fixed by him as well as my brakes and everything only took like 3 hrs and it’s running amazingly. I had bought a lemon earlier this year and was quoted 4k+ to fix this car and he fixed it for less than 1k, he didn’t rip me off and he explained everything to me in great detail! Half of the things I was told I needed done at the last place he said was just an error due to to my radiator being messed up and so far he’s been correct. You can tell he loves what he does and really cares, he’s a very genuine person and I’m so thankful I found a great mechanic who isn’t trying to rip me off especially being s woman. I’ve already recommended him to multiple people and I plan to continue to keep going to him!

These guys are excellent and fair. I took my Ford Escape there with a weird trickery electric problem they fixed it quick and cheap. They deserve way more than they asked. I would refer my own mother. They also cared ento follow up on their own to make sure I was happy. Frank (possibly the owner not sure) showed me before and after pics of auto body work and it was very impressive. They will get ALL my business for now on!!

This place is amazing! I was sent here by a tire shop down the street who said my issue had nothing to do with my tire. Brought it to these guys and they inspected and found out that it was my tire which was what I told the first 2 tire shops I went to. They are HONEST, reliable, and quick with great prices! I brought my car back a few days later to get my bumper fixed that I ripped off after reversing into a rock and it looks brand new! I love that I can come here and trust that they will tell me the truth about my car and not try to charge for other things that don’t need to be fixed like other shops tend to do (especially to women). I will always come back here in the future and will be referring everyone I know as well. I’m so thankful I was sent here.

We took our 2003 Chevy Impala into Kent M Auto Body to get an estimate to repair a badly damaged passenger door, rocker panel and hinge post, along with lesser damage to the front fender. After the accident the car could be driven but the door and glove box would not open. The tech that looked at the car (Frank) was a good listener and very courteous. He said he would search for a used replacement door to help save us some money. A few days later, he sent us a picture of a door he had found. It looked good. We approved the estimate, which we felt was reasonable. We purchased the car new but didn't want to spend too much to repair a 20+ year old car. For the few days they were working on the car, Frank sent several photos showing the progress of repairs. The car was ready ahead of schedule and the cost of the repair was within a few dollars of the estimate. All things considered, a good result.

I took my 2024 Tesla after hitting the front bumper. Frank did a great job repairing it completely, didn’t even need any new paint! I couldn’t even see the scratches. I come from Bellevue to Kent just for this body shop for any car problems. Everyone is very honest and they work very efficiently The prices are also better than anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

We needed to have the window airbags and seat belts replaced in our Subaru. The quotes from the dealership for parts alone would have been over $5k. We contacted other body shops and mechanics but we would have needed to tow the car there, get a quote, then tow it back off until the parts arrive, bring it back, etc. I called this shop instead. I was able to bring and leave the car while it was worked on. He got me an insanely good deal on the parts so that all said and done the repairs were about $2,500. He kept me updated the whole time, including explaining that if the error code didnt clear once the new airbags were installed we would need a new computer module but we would wait and see. We will be bringing our cars hear for repairs going forward!

Frank did an excellent job on the structural work on my car. My quarter panel had been hit by some guy on a motorcycle and he was able to not only reshape and fix it but he used the original quarter panel piece and just repaired it. He’s very skilled and very fast. He had it done in less than two days and he put on my back bumper for free. What probably would’ve cost me thousands only cost me $1650 with tax. Thanks Frank, Keep up the Excellent Work ! I’ve included some before and after pictures. I still need to get the car painted. I had him prime it for now, but he did his part and it’s Excellent ! Also, there’s a few additional pieces of the Bumper that need to buy like the reflector lights, wire harness, and the centerpiece but that’s something that I’m going to do. Let the pictures speak for themselves.

He ordered some parts for my car and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. Frank really knows the business, has a lot of experience, and charged me a really fair price for the service.
