I was referred to Ally Auto Repair by a friend and couldn’t be more pleased. They were able to get my car in for an emergency repair immediately. I have since taken my car back to them for an oil service and to have a part replaced. They are very open and honest and have never tried to upsell or pressure me to purchase an unnecessary service or part. Their communication before, during, and after service is great and they are always seem genuinely appreciative of my business. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to take my car to them as needed!

Ally Auto was great. I brought my car in for an inspection as it was having issues and was still under warranty through Carvana. They did an amazing job of being fully transparent with the process and gave us all the information ahead so we knew what to expect. Nick was very communicative with us throughout the day and worked to get us the car back as quickly as possible so we could get our kids from school. Great service and I'd highly recommend it

I wanted to tone down a fairly loud muffler I had put on years ago. A big name brand shop quoted me a pretty steep price which I think was to basically replace my whole exhaust system even though it was still in pretty good shape. So these guys came up with the idea of just adding another muffler in-line for half the price. Great solution. It still growls a bit, but it's much tamer. Thanks.

The person with whom I spoke to make the appointment was friendly & accommodating. When I arrived, I was greeted and told how things would go. They were done in about an hour, pulled my car out front, and brought my keys to me. All in all, I am very happy with Ally Auto. Since their NW shop is just blocks from my house, I will be back for future service on my car. I was not at all satisfied with the KIA dealership I had been using. Every oil change end ed up costing me over $1K with other repairs they insisted were needed — on a new car!!!
