They are crooks! Don't take your vehicle there! Took mine in for a oil change and when I got it back it was leaking from the transmission and oil pan They wanted $ 600. Plus dollars to fix transmission leak and it never leaked a drop before! Took it to transmission shop down the street and got it repaired $ 20. Bucks, they said it just needed a gasket someone scraped off the gasket and put the pan back on!!! Be forewarned!!!!

I cannot recommend Alpine enough! I was doing some used-vehicle shopping yesterday and wanted to take a car I was considering buying in for an inspection before going through with the purchase. I communicated with Ben throughout the day and he was always incredibly kind and helpful. In the afternoon, once I had the vehicle with me, they were able to get me right in to get it checked out. Travis did a great and thorough job inspecting the vehicle and found many hidden issues that the dealership had not been forthcoming about. Ben even printed out a list of the estimates for me to take to the dealership to discuss with them. I ended up not going through with the purchase, but that's alright. The entire time I worked with the fellas at Alpine I felt respected and well taken care of. They had great communication, were friendly, and their prices for my inspection were fair.

Found my new forever mechanics! Can’t say enough good things about this shop. Took my car in for an oil change and diagnostics for a rattling noise. They determined my water pump was going out and told me they wouldn’t be able to get the water pump changed out until early the next week and that I shouldn’t drive the car with the water pump in poor condition. They offered me a loaner car so I wouldn’t be stranded over the weekend. I found their prices to be incredibly reasonable and Ben and Cale were so kind throughout the process.

And congratulations to Kale for following in the family business and now owning this business. 🎉 Update 7/25 - LOVE and TRUST this family owned business. I have been taking my vehicles here since about 2001 ... 24yrs of great service!! Still highly recommend to my friends and family. They also did all the mechanical work after my car was recovered at the beginning of this year - no one else works on my cars.

Friendly, Fair, and Informative! I had another fantastic experience at Alpine Automative. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They listened patiently to my concerns about my car and provided a clear, honest estimate for the repairs. While the final cost ended up being higher than the initial estimate (which can happen with car repairs), they honored the original quote without hesitation. This level of integrity is hard to find these days! The customer service here is truly top-notch. All of the staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what my car needed in a way I could understand. They were informative, but not pushy at all about getting unnecessary work done. Plus, they have great coupons that are actually for useful services, unlike most car shops! Their prices are also very competitive and fair. Finally, a huge thank you for treating me with respect! Unlike other shops that talk down to me because I'm a woman, the staff here explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. Overall, I can't recommend Alpine Automotive enough! They're the perfect choice for anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and friendly auto repair shop.

Took my Highlander in for oil change with coupon for $49.99 service and multi point inspection. Service ended up at $73.16 as they said it needed extra oil. No details at all on inspection. They stated crushed oil pan and quoted $3819 to replace. Took to Stevinson Toyota. They said pan dented and not leaking. Quoted $803.93 to replace oil pan a difference of over $3000. Won't be going back to Alpine.

Cale and his mother in law are so incredibly nice. My vehicle started experiencing transmission issues while in Lakewood. To complicate matters I live out in the mountains. I was too scared to drive the car home and nowhere had any availability for at least a week. Cale's mother in law talked to me on the phone and was super compassionate (I was practically crying on the phone!). They took my car same day and Cale took a look the following morning. After running diagnostics they were able to determine it was a serious transmission problem and recommended a tow company to move it to a dealership. Cale explained everything he found and the possibilities to expect from the dealership so I'm not caught off guard. He was also incredibly kind. I highly recommend! I'm moving to that area at the end of the month and Alpine will 100% be my regular shop going forward. Thanks again for being so kind, understanding, and helpful!
