I normally don’t leave reviews for places, but the service I received an American Tire from Micheal could not go Unappreciated. I was met with a smile and professional service. They were done with my car in less time then initially predicted. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at American Tire.

Great service, fast and easy to set up. Got in at 8:10 walk in (had appointment at 12:30, but wanted done earlier) and were finished at 8:45. Thry are fine doing aftermarket wheels! Just provide the lug nut key. Only gripe (which isnt a huge issue) would be the tire techs needing to line up the yellow dot with the tire stem. I know, if tires and wheels are balanced lining them up shouldnt matter. But that would be icing on the cake since it means less wheel weights!

I came in to get my free tire rotation...one of my two older tires had razor blade in it. They replaced it 4 free! I bought a second tire to keep things well balanced. In and out in 45 minutes all ready 4 the rainy season! All smiles, D. ROBINSON

I had a tire shop put the wrong tires on my trailer, and the tire was about to blow. I came in right before they closed and they still were willing to accommodate me even though I had been turned away by many other tire shops. I highly recommend this location. Casey went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe for me to drive home.

The reason for the dismal review is the tire puncture was not on the side wall, but was on the shoulder and with 8/ or 9/32 left. They just want to sell tires. Another tire shop easily patched it and only took about 15 minutes.

Nice clean place, staff friendly and efficient. I was impressed with how quick I got my car back! I highly recommend! I ordered my tires through Tire Rack and had them shipped directly here, since they're a contacted facility and it was awesome. Two thumbs up!👍👍

We ended up doing business somewhere else because this business location phone does not work. It hang up right away as soon as you call them! Overall, my experience at this location was disappointing. The wait time is extremely long, and it seems they’re understaffed. It doesn’t make sense for a customer to bring in their car and end up waiting 3–4 hours just to be seen — not including the time it takes to actually service the vehicle. In total, expect to spend 5 or more hours here. I wouldn’t recommend this location, especially if you have a busy schedule. Unless you have plenty of free time, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

Last Wednesday at 5:45 PM I discovered a low air warning light on one of my tires. I called Costco and they could not take me at all and couldn’t even give me an appointment till the next afternoon. I was supposed to be leaving town Thursday morning. I called Americas Tire on Monterey Road said come on in. When I asked when they were closing, he told me 6 o’clock. I said I didn’t think I could get there by six. He said no problem. I’ll be here. We will wait for you. I pulled in 30 minutes later found out that my tire had a nail in. It also had a lot of wear so I bought a new tire they put it on balanced rotated and had me out the door in 30 minutes or less. I can’t say enough good about the service I received. From the moment I pulled up all of the guys couldn’t have been nicer.

I ran over a screw and had my car towed to America’s Tire. Michael, my sales person, was very kind and professional. Even though I was planning on buying two new, Michael told me it wouldn’t be safe to drive the car with 2 new tires up front and 2 old tires in the back. He said, let’s look what tires we have in stock that can fit your budget. Bingo, Michael found me 4 great tires that wouldn’t bust my wallet. Thanks Michael for being such a caring and professional salesperson, I really appreciate it.

This America’s Tire location is really awesome, and I have bought tires at a few AT locations over the years. I just stopped by for a free tire pressure check and they found a nail in one of my tires that was not safely repairable. Store manager Justyn was awesome and hooked me up with a new tire at an unbelievably low price. I’m so grateful for the professional and speedy service I got here. Highly recommended!

We’ve had to visit this location many times due to an unfortunate amount of flat tires. The customer service is always exceptional. Chris and Jorge are especially hospitable and friendly. The experience of having to replace a tire can be extremely frustrating and to have such a patient staff makes the experience significantly better.

I entered as the 1st customer @8am in the morning @America Tires Monterey Road. I had a flat tire. The executive (i am assuming Michael) greeted me and asked about issue. I said i have a flat tire and need to go to the airport and also wanted to include tire rotation if possible. He confirmed it can be taken care. I was out for a walk in the same complex and within 15mins both the Tire Rotation and Flat Tire fix was done. I have never had such a quick and fast experience before anywhere. This is really great and this team is great. Great job.

02/13/2026 @ 05:25PM I called ahead and confirmed $70.33 for a tire that, due to the circumstances, they could attach to the rim and waive the installation fee but I suppose these was a miscommunication and I ended up having to pay the extra $25. That's somewhat irritating but glad to have the car tire fixed for a good price, at a quality shop. Highly recommend. Just be sure about communication Thank you again, Michael.

I went to this tire shop today because the internet said they offer free tire repair. My tire had a nail in it, right in the center, which is very easy to fix. When we arrived, a man asked us to fill out some information, then went outside to check the tire. He also looked at the other tires and then came back saying our tires had reached the “yellow” level and that we needed to replace them for safety. I told him we only wanted to repair the punctured tire, not replace any tires. He asked us why we didn’t want new ones, and we said it wasn’t part of our plan today — we just needed a simple repair. Then he said if we wanted to patch the tire, it would take an hour and a half, but if we replaced it, they could do it right away. So basically, if they can make money from you, they’ll do it immediately, but if it’s a free service, they’ll make you wait forever. I’ve never seen such behavior — it’s so frustrating! It’s like going somewhere just to buy fries, and they keep trying to sell you a burger combo and then question why you don’t want it.

I visited this location to replace one tire that I had already ordered online. When I arrived, I was told that I had to replace two additional tires, even though they weren’t in bad condition. I was also told they would not install the tire I originally ordered unless I agreed to replace the others. That came across as unnecessary pressure. The front desk employee then suggested switching to lower-priced tires and refunding my online order, which I agreed to. However, I was never told about any additional certificate fees, yet I later found a $43.89 charge on my invoice for something I did not request. After this, the mechanic also came out and said they couldn’t change my tires unless I replaced my lug nuts. Other shops have serviced my car without any issues, and if there truly was a problem, it should have been identified during the initial inspection—not after the car was already taken in. The lug nuts were not jammed or seized; at most they were a little rusty or worn. It felt like yet another unnecessary add-on. Customer service here needs to be more transparent. Customers should not feel pressured into extra purchases, and all charges must be clearly explained before being added. I came in for a simple one-tire replacement, and instead I dealt with upselling, unclear communication, and surprise fees. Please improve upfront communication and inspection so customers can make informed decisions without feeling pushed into services they don’t need.

I bought a set of tires from America’s Tire with the understanding that they provide free tire rotation. Unfortunately, the service at this location has been very disappointing. I scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment for a tire rotation weeks in advance. When I checked in, the associate tried to sell me a new set of tires, even though my tread depths were 7/6/5 and their own chart marks 5 as “Good.” After I declined and asked to proceed with the rotation, I was given an estimated completion time of 10:12 AM. By 10:30+, my car still hadn’t been touched. Meanwhile, I saw walk-in customers who checked in after me already having their vehicles serviced. It gave me the impression that my car was simply not placed in the queue after I refused the upsell. Only after I raised the issue with another staff member did work on my car begin. I ultimately waited over two hours—more than an hour past the promised completion time—for a simple tire rotation that should have taken far less. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations. Between the long wait, pressure to buy unnecessary tires, and poor handling of scheduled appointments, I don’t plan to return to this location. This is probably the last time I would buy tires from America's Tire.

I deal with Fleet when I need my tires changed. I was greeted by associate Jason. He had never done fleet before but he was up for the challenge. Unfortunately he was on the phone waiting for fleet to answer the call, no fault of his own. He was so patient. I asked two guys to help him when the call was answered since he was new. Only one would help him. I really wish I knew his name. Very nice guy also. I was in there for three hours which I did not enjoy but. I did get my four new tires. Thanks Jason for your patience and help.

I love this place! So efficient, very helpful and provides a variety of tire options. If you make an appointment, they are quick and provide you the attention to make sure you're taken care of. Aside of purchasing tires, I scheduled an appointment for a tire consultation after curbing my tire. Michael was super knowledgeable and helpful. They even topped off my tire pressure before I left. I highly recommend this place.

I was experiencing tire problems with my Tesla Model S and went to America's Tire. Chris assisted me in purchasing new tires and was extremely helpful. Justyn, the store manager also was attentive and answered my questions about my current tires warranty with Goodyear. I couldn't be more happy with the service and efficiency. Tip: Call to order your tires and book an appointment for them to install vs walking in. They are busy so you don't have to wait there too long.

It’s been a positive experience since replacing all 4 tires here last year with no hassle in fixing a flat that was needed or tire rotations . Michael is a good guy on my last visit he worked with me on my windshield wipers that were in need of replacing. I let him know my situation he then worked on getting me a reasonable price that fit my budget. I felt it was a customer safety concern I appreciate it Thank you
