Mason and the team were great! They found all the issues I had with the car quickly and was able to resolve them with ease. While the local dealership couldn't find all the issues and tried to charge me for the attempt which is outrageous. Mason and his team was able to be transparent in the work they did, they showed me photos and videos and what exactly was wrong with the car. I felt confident leaving the shop knowing the items I had concerns were addressed. Highly recommended!

Edit: this is a shop that told me the problem from parts failing wasn't caused by parts or installation. Therefore it must be the way I drive or "wear and tear", and they never honor the warranty. The "concessions" they made was to waive the labor cost, ad charge me $700+ for parts. I didn't want to have a 2nd bad experience with them, so I never came back. I brought my car here in November for a brake job, the car had about 80K miles, and it was the first time the car was getting new rotors. The issue started happening again at 92K. Took the car back, they refused to honor the 20K warranty. They offered to waive the cost of labor but wanted to charge $700+ for parts. Even worse, they denied any wrongdoing, blaming the issue happening again on my driving style, or "unknowingly getting the brakes heat soaked".

Where to start, I've been coming here for years now. Mason and team never disappoint. This is the only shop I bring my vehicle too now for repairs. 10/10 would do again. What lead me to Mason and team? Awhile back my car had stopped while I was driving it. I towed it into my regular mechanic and they had it for a month (start of the pandemic) and couldn't figure it out. Took it to 2nd shop, they also had it for 3 weeks and couldn't figure it out. Brought it into mason, within 8 hours we're on the phone, problem identified, parts ordered. Not only did Mason resolve the actual issue, he was able to determine the actual CAUSE of the issue and address that so that it wouldn't reoccur, as it would have without his expertise. Over the years now I've recommended anyone who's had issues to stop in, and nobody has ever complained about their service. Mason and team are like the definition of people you want to see rise up. Fantastic guy, Fantastic shop.

I don’t know what other experience but we are very stuck now. We already spent 4000$ there to repair our Waterpump. The first day we got back our car , our memorial seat button not working. Send back to fix that. Second day, our engine light on again. Send back and cost another 250$ to check. Then now they say we need to change all the vacuum line as there are dried coolant there. This was previous diagnosed in the dealership and they ignored that. It comes with the old water plump leaking issue but now they want to charge another 2500$.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Craig explained what my BMW needed and fixed the coolant leak, as well as an oil leak that's been leaking for a while apparently and cleaned up the caked on oil from that leak so it looks like new and steamed cleaned under the hood. They took care of my 2012 BMW 550i and I recommend this shop. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was very thorough and did not cut any corners. I want my car fixed right and they did just that.

I can't thank the team at Fast Lane European enough for their hard work. I purchased a used Porsche Macan GTS and was taking it in for new fluids and a mechanic check. They flagged a few issues that the dealer should have been upfront about, corrected work that was done to it prior, and had the job done promptly. The car runs significantly better, and they beat out the actual dealership regarding pricing. I worked with Craig, and moving forward, I'll come to them for all my needs as it is a one-stop shop. I highly recommend you check these guys out!

First off, if you have the money to spend, then there serves are great. I went here to get my mini cooper fix they were nice. But I decided to start working on my car and want to get some information on some parts and if they do a supercharger service if i bring the part in and they said they dont do that, so i ask What about the parts number if I can order it the guy said we don't order parts we are a shop that fix car only not a shop that have parts in a ruled voice. It funny because I had buy parts for them, and I am still waiting for parts that have been in backorder. I asked him about information about an oil to used and he said to go call the mini cooper dealership. I get it money is everything, but I feel that they dont care if you're not sending the money on them.

I visited Fast Lane European to replace the rear differential bushing in my 2016 650i. Mason greeted me warmly and conducted a thorough assessment before approving the work. Unlike other shops that resort to quick fixes, Fast Lane European was determined to find the root cause of the issue. I am thoroughly satisfied with the final results and highly recommend Fast Lane European and Mason to anyone seeking reliable and affordable work on their vehicles.

I brought my car (BMW) here on Monday 4/28/2025 because the hood wouldn’t open. They took my car in and told me they would call me back with an assessment and estimate. The next day, Tuesday 4/29/2025 they called me back and told me they were able to open the hood and determined that the problem was bad latches that needed to be replaced and gave me a quote for that work and an oil change for about $1,500. I accepted the price because I had the front fender and hood painted the previous year and wanted a professional to fix the problem, trusting that my car would be in excellent condition without damaging the work already done. That's why I was willing to pay what they charge (which seems excessive to me) to ensure a good job. That same afternoon they called me saying the work was complete and that I could pick up the car, when I arrived at the shop, they made me pay without showing me the car. When I finally saw the car, I realized they had damaged the hood by forcing it open with a pry bar also damaging the front fender (I could have done that myself). There was never any intention of taking responsibility until I realized it, and that's when they apologized and told me they'd take care of it... First, they asked me to take the car back to have a dent repair guy fix it, but the dent repair guy determined it was not fixable with his methods. Then, they told me they would take the car to a collision center to repair the damage professionally, I agreed and took the car back to their shop. When I got the car back it turned out that they didn’t take the car to a body shop as promised and instead they had only replaced the hood with an old used one that was full of wear scratches and chips, and they didn’t fix the front fender damage they caused to the car. After 6 weeks of repeatedly going back and forth, losing valuable work hours and trying to negotiate based on false promises, on 6/6/2025 when I spoke to the shop owner Mason, he refused to fix the unrepaired damage or work on an agreement with me to resolve the issue, and I still got a damaged car and $1,500 less in the bank. Not an honest shop and an absolute lack of professionalism! Don't waste your time and money in this place. Do some research. There are better shops around that will back their mistakes and make things right if they happen.

I was in a process of buying a Limerock Edition e92 m3 from a dealer then i found out that the car was serviced at the Fast Lane European service. I called in Mason and explained him the situation, he was super helpful and friendly, he went over with me every single detail about the car over the phone patiently. If i was local to him that would be the only place i would take my cars for service. He is a super nice guy and knowledgeable about cars, you would not regret to go this place. Thank you Mason!

We have had nothing short of a great experience with Mason and his crew. We initially brought our Jaguar in last year after another shop made repairs but the cooling issue persisted. They were able to find the problem and explain how everything goes together and what needed to be replaced and why. We brought it in again recently for a similar issue, but a different pump and hoses. Again they explained everything and found some other issues they brought to our attention. We appreciate their transparency and the fact they go the extra mile to let you know of other potential issues they find. We won’t take our cars anywhere other than Fastlane European. Thank you!

Stay away from this shop and thank me later! Whatever those 1 star reviews said are what will happen to you! I came to this shop a few months ago for what should have been a straightforward repair. They initially gave me a reasonable quote, but once the work started, they suddenly claimed to have found additional issues and significantly raised the price. When I asked for clarification, they were vague and avoided giving clear explanations. After finally getting my car back, the original problem still wasn’t fixed, and I noticed new issues that were never there before. When I returned to discuss it, the owner Mason was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of listening, he acted irritated that I even questioned the quality of their work. His arrogance made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. This seems to be their very typical trick to rip their customers off. Look at what other customers have complained about — don’t get yourself into this situation with the shop overcharging, doing poor work, and then denying everything. The way they respond to criticism is just as concerning: instead of taking responsibility, they tried to defend themselves and claim the customer “never came in” for a lot of negative reviews, which is frankly shameless. I know there are many positive reviews, but high ratings don’t always tell the full story. Based on my experience, and seeing similar complaints from others, I strongly urge people to be cautious. If the owner replies saying I was “never a customer,” that would only prove my point. I regret trusting this place and hope this helps others avoid the same mistake.

Useless $500 diagnosis. Mason repeatedly provided incorrect information. Horrible advice and diagnosis. - Trying to charge me $600 for battery hold down when my Porsche uses a metal screw down plate that was in the cup holders. - Trying to do a $1000 pressure test when it was just the aos that failed and causing the white smoke. - Test Driving my car with low coolant when I towed it in and white sweet smoke was clearly an indication of burning coolant. - Telling me the battery doesn’t fit my Porsche when it was just loosely connected cause I just removed it to charge it and didn’t screw it it all the way to make it easy to take out if needed, they didn’t even screw it back properly. - Telling me the battery terminals is what is causing the car not to start when hot… It was just the cps needed to be replaced. - Telling me cats might be bad… not at all it wasn’t. - Making me tow the car there without even hearing about the problems on the phone first. - Scaring me on how the engine might need to be replaced or is bad to the point of being done for and useless even after the diagnosis. The engine was fine (no high level over-rev codes). Head gasket is fine as well. - I doubt they even scanned the car for any error codes. - Mason just sounds like a salesman, not a qualified mechanic. Communication was focused more on overpriced recommendations than accurate diagnosis. - Mason saying how “You had your fun with it” like that’s suppose to mean the car is useless now. - Didn’t get one single sure reason of what are causing the issues, always vague and non-reassuring “might be this” “might be that” “we don’t know for sure” Cost me a tow, $500 and disbelief at the inaccuracy of the diagnosis and attempted explanations not matching the actual issues. Very bad diagnosis, advice and knowledge. Based on my experience proper diagnosis and fixing solutions doesn’t seem to be their strength. Issues I ended fixing myself in a couple hours. My advice: if you are not really mechanically inclined or didn’t have a lot of time like me, take your car to a specialized shop for your car brand. I called up a Porsche specialized shop (right after my disappointing experience with fast lane) and the owner himself took the time (at least 30min across multiple phone calls) to help me diagnose some problems by phone and I didn’t have to tow my car there or pay them anything (fixed my car shortly after myself). Fast Lane European however, a water bottle and a useless overpriced diagnosis trying to upsell you unnecessary work and getting every single cent out of you. Felt like they are more focused on getting you to spend a max than a proper diagnosis and go from there and they don’t care once you stop spending any more money on them. Compare that to the specialized Porsche shop owner, who from what I’ve seen is a lot more successful; you can see why.

Customer Experience i.e. from initial interest discussion / information exchange > Understanding the need > to addressing the need to intake to execution and under committing and over delivering , on time and on budget is how I would describe my experience with MAson Lane and his team. I believe that this is only possible when you run a business that is built for "Purposeful growth" . Dealerships and especially while under warranty periods, impose a certain constraint and confusion as to where should one take their car for "repairs" ! (fear of loosing your warranty coverage). Fast Lane, as they are, in all their dealings, will transparently help you dissect this dilemma. I am confident that your experience will resonate with what I am talking about.

I had the greatest experience at Fast Lane! The customer service was stellar at the time of drop off and pickup. The shop and all areas of the place are clean and pristine. I brought my VW Jetta TDI here to have some work done that I knew needed to get done and they got the work done same day for me. Additionally, the VW dealership I go to made some recommendations for additional work that I needed to get done and also told me I had an oil leak. Fast Lane confirmed that I didn't have an oil leak and also confirmed my car is still not due for some of the VW dealership recommended services. Talk about an honest shop. I don't plan on returning to the VW dealership service department anymore. I will only be coming to Fast Lane European from here on out. They are also priced very competitively and it's much more affordable than the VW dealership. They are even priced more competitively than Euro Clinic. Finally, the staff is all very polite, very professional and knowledgeable.

SIMPLE REPAIR BLEW MY ENGINE I brought my 2001 Volvo S40 in May 2025 to fix a check engine light related to the coolant temperature sensor. I was reassured the owner was a Master Volvo Technician and that I was in good hands. They charged me $1,747 for sway bar end links and several cooling system repairs, including new hoses, thermostat, and sensor, assuring me everything was “verified leak-free” and covered by a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty. Just three months and about 2,000 miles later, my car overheated on the freeway, producing white smoke. The cause was traced directly to the area where they replaced the radiator hose — the clamp had been positioned too far back, leaving the hose only partially seated. Because energy and pressure follow the path of least resistance, the hose blew off instead of venting excess pressure through the coolant reservoir as designed. This mistake destroyed my engine, leading to a blown head gasket, warped cylinder head, and cracked radiator. When I returned to the shop, Mason denied responsibility within 30 seconds of looking at my car and without performing a proper inspection, blaming the car’s age and old plastic the hose was clamped to rather than their workmanship. To rebuttal his claim, if you could diagnose old brittle plastic under the hose you clamped onto as the cause in 30 seconds, how come the old plastic was never mentioned as a concern during the initial inspection and repair in May? For a business that claims to specialize in Volvos and older European cars and stand behind their repairs, this response was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected honesty and accountability but instead got excuses and defensiveness. My engine had 94k miles and could have easily taken on another 10 years and 100k miles, but now I'm $10K+ in the hole since I had to but another car.
