The Manager that runs this location, runs a tight ship. The employees are very professional and courteous. My recent visit will make 3 times and all 3 times have been wonderful. The services I've needed were all completed within a reasonable time period. No extremely long wait times. The customer service seating area was clean and tidy. Please keep up the good work at this Vacaville location.

This used to be our go-to place but after a total failure on what was a simple tire repair, we’re looking elsewhere for future tire needs. It took a total of three visits to get this done. Visit one. Tire was put back on inside out. Visit two. Tire was put on correctly, but was not balanced. Visit three. JUST for a rebalance of one tire was over an hour. Most of which was spent because the advisor wanted to play games with my keys and parked the car out of sight after it was done. I had to ask for my keys from a different dude who gave them up. Mean while my original advisor was playing dumb and avoiding my gaze. I went in there friendly and calm and left enraged. And they have a nasty habit of not putting tire caps back on. Well done.

I had an outstanding experience at America’s Tire in Vacaville, CA. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—genuine, helpful, and efficient. What really stood out was the professionalism and work ethic of the salesperson, Tristan. Even though he was clearly running on empty from a long and busy day, Tristan never let it show in his attitude or performance. He remained courteous, focused, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire process. It’s rare to see someone give 110% when they’re clearly exhausted, but he did just that—answering questions, handling my service with care, and making sure everything was done right. You can tell that the staff here takes pride in what they do, and that level of commitment and consistency deserves recognition. If you’re in the Vacaville area and need tire service or support, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Big thanks again to Tristan and the team for going above and beyond. Easily my best experience at a tire shop. It was such a great experience I wanted to leave a review as a thanks. I made an online appointment after comparing prices at a dealership and another big name tire shop. It was an easy process and I even received a confirmation call for my appointment the day prior. They notified me that they received the tires already and I can do a walk in or keep my appointment. I did a walk in and waited less than 5 minutes to drop my car off. I was 3rd in line when I arrived. They gave me an estimate hour wait time and took about an hour and 20 minutes. I had a minor issue that I noticed the next day and took my car back to show them and they took care of it right away. At no time did they try to give me a hard time or not take ownership of the problem. The manager David came up with a solution and corrected the issue right away. Him and his team were professional and very helpful the entire time, I was in and out in about 20 minutes and they didn't try to get rid of me or make me feel like I was an inconvenience at all. Their customer service was outstanding and I will not hesitate to return to that shop or recommend them.

He was very patient even when my mom cut him off when he was in the middle of explaining how the tire warranty works. I have been doing my business with america's tires for over 15 years, my dad was also a customer of them for 20 years. I really did like the work that they did. However that has all changed. I was going on a trip out of town and decided to have my tires, rotated, and aligned, since they now do alignments. My problem started a couple months back at the end of last year. My car was hit as it was parked in front of my house and the person that hit my car did some damage to the tires So when it came out of The Body Shop, the alignment was perfect. It was all in the green, they took it from the red to the green fast forward, about three weeks.I was taking a trip a short trip but a trip 3 to 4 days, and i've decided to have my tires, rotated and if it needed to be aligned, align it. The gentleman at the counter told me that if it's already had an alignment, they won't touch it. Well. They did, and they took it from the green and put it in the red. I took my car back to the body shop where it got repaired from it being hit and they've showed me how it left their building. How it left their business. I then called America's tires and spoke with a gentleman who said I would have to bring the paperwork up. I brought the paperwork up and I ended up speaking with a manager. I believe his name was Dave dave was very nice and he handled it professionally. However, due to this huge mistake, I will not be returning. I was told by the other company that I was dangerous for me to drive on my tire. Like that prior to leaving America's tires. I asked the gentleman, is my car okay to drive up to cash creek. He said you're perfectly safe. It's just gonna wear on your tires. And it'll take a few thousand miles to get there for the wear and tear Clearly, he was wrong because when I showed dave all three pieces of paper from all of the places that I went to being the auto body place, and one being their business, he said to me, your car should have never left this with the alignment like that and they should have never charged you for an alignment. He did refund on my credit card.The89 dollars for the alignment. I still left there confused and not understanding. Why the technician would touch it? If it was green and they adjusted it to red and it was quite a bit of difference. It's very confusing to me. So I will not be back. It's funny because I just got done telling my friend, and one of the workers that helped us one of the gentlemen that helped me with this. I just told him america's tires is the only place i've never had to return business from and look at what happened. Do not trust them with their alignments because they do not know what they are doing. I purchased my friend tires it was 1200 about two weeks before I did my tires and we are going to take it to my place now my new place to see if they aligned it correctly. If they didn't, we will be back. The reason I gave 2 stars is because dave offered me a refund.Other than that, they would have gotten 0 stars, but I would have had to have put at least 1 to submit the review. Very disappointed because I feel like you were playing with my safety. You had me driving miles and it could have taken my life or caused a big accident or more damage to my car. And that I do not appreciate.

I love this place. Very sweet and attentive staff, most notably Eddy. Was my first time getting my tires checked whatsoever on my older model car and received the most spectacular customer service and awareness of my tire’s condition. Got air checked, rotation & balance all within 30 minutes. The team work in this place is admirable and I hope it stays that way! You can tell the team works hard and Eddy let me know how much he appreciates his team and is happy there.

I have had nothing but great experiences every single time I come here - for flat tires, tire pressure checks, new tires, etc. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. They make it quick and easy and I always feel like they genuinely want to take good care of me. The assistant manager James went above and beyond to get me a good deal on my Tesla tires.
