I've taken my 2013 Accord to Rick's Body and Paint twice. Once for front-end damage + passenger side door damage and once for rear bumper damage. They did a great repair job both times! (See photo). JR and the staff were very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. Rick's is CSAA / AAA approved. I highly recommend them.

This establishment is great! They gave me a very affordable quote that was 3 times less than what other auto body shops quoted me and did an amazing job! I dropped my car off earlier than they had asked because I had work. I thought it might delay repairs, but nope! They got it done SO quick and I was back in my car in no time! Damages from the accident were expertly repaired as were the incidentals caused by negligent drivers in parking lots. We gave Rick’s a sad looking 2018 Rogue we wanted to trade in for a newer model, but drove away in a practically new, (in appearance) car. If we sell now the value is significantly higher, but we won’t because it looks like new, and is our favorite car.

Highly recommend this body shop! Brought my vehicle in last month with a somewhat complex repair that required replacing the rear passenger door and cutting into the back panel to fix damage from my accident. My vehicle came back with no signs of repair, a seamless job. This team was great to work with, as well. Updated me regularly on the repair/parts time line and truly have amazing customer service. Hoping I don’t need body repair in the future but if I do, I will definitely be returning to Rick’s Body and Paint.

I have an old Honda that I wanted to restore that had body damage/ wear that you would expect from a 23 year old car. I’ve tried to fix one of the body panels with spray paint, by myself, since it was supposed to be a budget project. But after a few years like this, I decided I wasn’t totally happy with it and I went to Rick’s Body Shop to see what they could do. JR took the time to listen to my story with the car and presented me with a few scenarios to work with. I felt no pressure to commit to any job. I ultimately decided to get the whole car painted since I believed that fixing the car in stages would leave me unsatisfied. They were able to take in the car the next day. JR followed up with me periodically and even sent me progress pictures throughout the process. I appreciate that because I like having pictures of the car to record its history. When it was all done, I went to pick it up and I was utterly suprised. The car pulling up around the corner brought me back to the late 90’s and early 2000’s. It looked brand new and I was reminded why I love this car. The pictures speak for themselves. I felt the price to be more than reasonable.

I dont usually dent my vehicle, but when I do, I prefer Rick's. They recently repaired by mom's vehicle, and did an outstanding job. Nobody says that needing collision repair is fun, but it doesn't have to be miserable either. Ricks made the experience as comfortable as posible for her. The quality of the work is top shelf, and the personal interaction is as well. Always friendly and professional, great comunication, done when they say they will be. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and patient. and the car was spotless. The detail work was fantastic. 10/10, highly recommend ...not the denting you car part...but using Rick's if you do. Drive safely, my friends...
