Great place to buy a Harley.... if your thinking about buying a Harley go and ask for Teddy Bear, yes that's right, that's his name, he'll get you into a new or used bike. He was great to work with, we got the bike my hubby wanted with no hassle and we were in and out within an hour or so! Thank you Teddy Bear you are awsome!!

We just purchased a 2018 Fat Bob from Jim and the Iron Steed team last week. I have to say, I am very impressed. My husband Eric was in and out of the dealership at least 5 times over a two week period. He was encouraged to test ride several bikes to narrow down his choices and once he had narrowed it down to the Fat Bob, he took that particular bike (the one we ended up buying) three times! We never received anything but support from Jim and the team. My husband Eric is quite particular and Jim made it clear that he wanted Eric to be happy and didn't mind taking him on repeat test rides. Dave in parts was amazing too. He talked about what it would cost if we needed to change to mid controls, he let us try out different windshield heights, he talked with us about two-up seat options and more! We feel we were given time, attention, compassion and a fair price for both the bike and for our trade-in and NEVER felt pressured to buy. The day of the purchase was equally impressive. Jason helped us to effortlessly navigate the payment and trade-in process, Brian in finance told us about all of the opportunities for service packages etc... but were NOT pressured to buy them. We were taken on an owners tour where we got to meet everyone in the shop, we got to ring a giant bell of celebration and were warmly told Congratulations! by everyone we met! I can honestly say we left feeling like part of the family! Oh! One more thing! We came back into the shop a few days later to ask another parts-related question and we were just as warmly received by everyone as when we were looking to purchase! I have a new Harley Davison dealer. Iron Steed is the Harley Davidson dealership that others aspire to be, It should be anyways. Have you ever walked into a Harley Davidson dealer, or any store for that matter, and their greeting, their style and the overall vibe, just makes you feel at home. You know what I mean, you feel genuinely welcomed, valued, important and not just because you have a wallet but because you’re surrounded by people who really love what they’re doing. I’m talking “real” motorcycle people, you know the kind you wave to because they “get it”. I have a new Harley Davidson dealership, it’s by far not the closest to me, it’s not the biggest, it doesn’t have the largest inventory, but they have the people you want to be around. I have a new home in Iron Steed. In working a rental and tour business I have purchased and owned several Harley Davidson motorcycles, along with countless others. I have worked with several dealers and private parties. In the end, what do you really want from a dealership? I know what I want. I want to feel welcomed, I want knowledge, I want value, I want a good atmosphere and I want trust and honesty. Well I got all of this and more plus a ton of new friends, and what’s better than to hang out and talk bikes with new friends. Isn’t that what it’s all about?!? Trust me when I tell you, if you live anywhere around the Bay Area, hell anywhere in CA make the trip out to Iron Steed and experience what an exceptional dealership brings to you. Then you, like me, will have found a new home. From the moment I met Gunner and his friendly laid back approach, answered all my questions, offering knowledge and other information. Almost more interested in fulfilling my needs and interested in what I was looking for, instead of the pressure of the “immediate sale”. I have the privilege of having a girl, who is my finance and closer, she knows so much about bikes it would put a smile on the most discerning faces. She talked with Josh and he answered all her questions, negotiated the deal and had even her sold her on the dealership, not just the bike. Believe me that says a lot. When we came to pick up the bike, I knew there were some upgrades I wanted installed on the bike before we took it. I talked with Derrick in parts and Lou in service (very knowledgeable) and got everything squared away and they took the bike in back. Now let’s talk about honesty. Most of the upgrades I wanted were already done to the bike and instead of just putting it back together, charging me and sending me on my way. Which I wouldn’t have been any the wiser, they let me know the good news. To me, that says a lot about their integrity there. When we met with Bryan to close the financial part, we already had financing set through our credit union but he was incredible at answering all the questions and reworking their financing and we actually ended up with a better deal through them. Now to top this whole experience off, are two wonderfully delightful associates in the apparel department Jessica and Linda. How many times have you been in a place and heard; “Can I help you find anything?” (in this day and age, only if you’re lucky) Thus your, or at least my, typical response is; “just lookin”. Then when you actually have a question there is no one to be found, or they are busy on there cell phone, or talking to another employee, just reinforcing that false desire to help and that “the art of real customer service is dead”. Well not here, and not with these girls they really do have a desire to help you out. They make you feel welcomed and right at home and it’s genuine. Knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, they had us smiling and laughing in no time, like an old reunited friendship. SUMMARY: Iron Steed Harley Davidson in Vacaville California is a top of the line dealership, and you should make a point to visit. You won’t leave just impressed, but you’ll leave with a ton of new friends you can count on. A full hearted sincere thank you to all we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with!

Just got in town from Germany and was met with service above and beyond! Popeye helped get me solid on downloading my bike and charging up from a battery that wouldn’t crank. Another gentleman helped educate me on clearing a code and I was on my way after a quick stop at the parts counter. If you need anything Harley in the area give them a shout. De Oppresso Liber!

I had the best experience at Iron Steed. I’m a new rider and a girl and not once did any employee treat me with anything less than respect, professionalism and helpfulness. They all joined in on my joy even before they knew that I was purchasing from them. Many employees talked with me about their experiences as new riders and made me feel part of something. They asked smart and in-depth questions and then led me to a bike that I ended up buying. They were spot-on and it has not been anything but pure perfection and it’s everything they said and more. I would recommend them to new and experienced riders unequivocally.

I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY 2018 ROAD KING WHICH I STILL OWED ON THE LOAN, I WAS LOOKING AT ANOTHER USED BIKE THAT IRON STEED HAD, WE WAS IN TALKS ABOUT THAT BIKE WHEN THE SALES GUY SAID HOW ABOUT A NEW STREET GLIDE, I HAVENT HAD ANY LUCK EVER GETTING A BRAND NEW BIKE, LETS JUST SAY IM A VERY VERY HAPPY NEW BIKE OWNER THE CREW THERE IS BY FAR THE BEST GROUP IVE DELT WITH IVE OWNED MULTIPLE BIKES FROM LOCAL DEALERS BUT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Horrible Experience $1300 prep fee ? $1300 extended service contract which I clearly said I didn't want $700 for a GPS tracker they told me Harley Davidson is requiring these now (no, they aren't) They added another $1400 on to the sales price for reasons unknown. That awesome bike I saw for $9499 cost over 13K AFTER i put $4k down. No wonder Harley Davidson is struggling

Awesome team from Iron steed. I worked with Jaxon and Cj ever since I stepped in to this dealership. I asked a lot of questions about a few motorcycles I wanted, I had a lot of back and forth with the choices I want to the point that I think I am already annoying. Questions here and there and forward backward with y decisions, but these guys was very patient with me all through the whole process until I finally made the right decision on which to purchase.
