This is the Auto Body Shop to go to in Vacaville, actually more like the whole Bay Area! I have received an outstanding experience as a customer. I had to get my car door fixed, was quoted in several shops and Vacaville Auto Body Center had the most fair price. Not only that they worked efficiently to get my car back to me as soon as possible, faster than was estimated than the competitors. Very friendly made me aware of things that came up during inspection/repairing of my car and promptly were able to take care of it. I will be a regular customer, because I trust that they will deliver on what they agree on.

I was rear ended at the beginning of June ‘24. Immediately contacted Vacaville Auto Body after being referred by my mom who’s very detail oriented. I had minor collision with another car and was confuse where to to take my car for repair. There so many repair shop around so I went online and found this Vacaville Auto Body Center on top of best reviews with 5 stars rating, so I call them first. Andrea answered all my questions and concerns, explained the process well and steps to do..with that, I literally find them deserving to be highly rated. When I visit the place to make estimate, Andrea welcome me and attended my car..I feel that I did not make a mistake in going to this place. From my first call to my first visit to the day I pick up my car, all I can say wow they did a great job, the damage was fixed I was very satisfied. Not only that, there was minor scratch on the other side of my car that was not part of the repair, they fix it as well as complimentary and I was so happy. To Andrea thank you so much, you kept me informed along the process, you have the knowledge and expertise and great customer service. It was an exceptional experience, definitely would let my family and friends know and recommend this place for all car repair needs.

I have a German car which had some minor bumper damage and took it here for repairs. They worked with my insurance company and did mostly good work. I’m not sure I would come back though, the lady working the front desk was sometimes super friendly and sometimes super indignant. I also didn’t appreciate the lack of communication around the repairs. I dropped my car off on a Monday and I didn’t hear anything for a few days. On Thursday of the same week I called in for an update and learned a lot more work was needed. It would have been nice to be informed the shop needed my car for longer than originally estimated so I could plan accordingly. The reason I probably won’t be going back is because of my experience on the final day of repairs. I went back to have the tail lights installed, we made an appointment for 10am and I was told it would take roughly 20 minutes. I patiently waited around the corner for 15 minutes and watched as they turned my car on for a few minutes but it never moved. I went over to see if they needed help and they hadn’t even started. I told them I had to be back at work soon so we rescheduled for later in the afternoon. I showed up on time and they very quickly installed the tail lights. Unfortunately the car had a couple error codes and the lights didn’t work. During the trouble shooting, I didn’t appreciate Andrea attitude towards me. It seemed she was annoyed at me the lights didn’t work the first time.

Moving forward, I only had to wait a couple of days for the parts to come in and their flexibility in scheduling the repair was great. They provided excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Andrea was very kind and thorough in explaining the process. They even got finished a day earlier than they quoted.

I had a runin with a Raccoon a few weeks ago and had some damage to my Front Bumper. I must admit, Their Customer Service Associate Ms Andrea is Totally Awesome. I was so emotional. With her soft spoken voice, Ms Andrea approached me with Calmness, We spoke and she explained the complete process on the Repair, the Estimate Cost, how the Insurance claim works and assisting with my Car Rental. There was a little Hiccup and Ms Andrea went Above and Beyond to provide transport to and from the Shop as the Hiccup to my Car was being taken care of, Which I must admit was done in a timely manner. I also appreciate receiving their status updates on my Car. l like to give Thanks to all the other Associates I encountered and Those who worked on my Car. They were very Kind. My Customer Service Experience with Vacaville Auto Body Shop was Awesome and I Highly Recommend Them.
