Nice people. Typical Shop process. They didn't bleed the Break lines as I requested, and they said would happen. Breaks are still spungy. They did change the parts out as requested, but way overpriced the parts. Labor was reasonable. They were making up the cost through parts. I understand the need to make money, they have to keep their bottom line. They wanted to do other work--it was needed, but I said I would take care of it. They wanted WAY too much to do the repair. I have been doing my own mechanical work on all my cars for most of my life. This time was an exception because I was going in for Surgery. As I stated they are simply trying to keep their shop afloat. They are forced to push repairs on customers because of their needs. It is a vicious cycle. I truly understand.

The Vacaville location is the best auto-mechanic experience I've had in years. I took my car in for a check engine light diagnostic, engine tune up, oil change, and AC service. All issues were fixed and my car was ready for pick up within 4 hours. At other Midas locations, I had to wait at least 24 hours for the job to be finished and be able to pick up my car. Clint was the associate who helped me. He was exceptionally helpful and courteous and explained, in detail, every observation he made about my vehicle after inspection. I'll be going back to this location.

Gold stars to Dane and the team at Midas. This is my second visit here and each time, they knock it out of the park. Dane’s so friendly, professional and trustworthy. The first time, I had been advised to get my alignment checked. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call that they had checked my alignment for free and no service was needed. Naturally, it was a no brainer to come back when my oil change was due. Dane got me in right away and took great care again. They prices they charge are quite fair and much better than the dealership. To know I’m getting exactly the work I need from a a friendly group I can trust is indeed the Midas touch.

One of the best experiences I’ve had getting an oil change! Dane and Alberto were so knowledgeable and made sure I got the correct filter. Instead of sending me off somewhere else, They def went above and beyond to make sure they were able to help Me. I’m real big on customer service, and even the customer service over the phone with Dane was amazing from the start, made me feel very welcome. They have a nice waiting room, and it is very clean inside. I would def recommend this place 10/10!

Clint and Dane, I just want to say thank you so much for all your help. I have never been to a shop where they were patience, kind and very informational! They instantly took the time to look at the car and explain what was going on. They made sure I was taken care of as if I was their own. I just want to say if you want to feel like you are being taken care of by family or someone who actually cares that you are human please go here. Even if you have questions they are more than knowledgeable! We will be back when services are needed. You don’t get a lot of people any more that are willing to go above and beyond. My Mother {83 yr. old} went it to the store at 1250 E Monte Vista Ave, Vacaville, CA 95688 to get 2 new tires and ended up with a bill for unnecessary work that cost close to $900. I told her not to go there again without me being present as she was totally taken advantage of. Today {10/15/24} she had the Tire Low pressure warning light come on so since Midas replaced the tires less than a year ago she stopped in to see is they could air them up. They were going to charge her $40. This time she left and will never be back. She went across the street and they took care of her. No charge. My question is, is this normally how your stores due business? I don't think I'll be recommending Midas to anyone in the future. Oh, thank you for taking advantage of a little old lady on a fixed income.

Just got my oil changed here & they were super sweet & accommodating. They got an appointment for me the same day, and we’re very fast & efficient. The guy Dane in the front was very nice to my daughter & I and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Also they came into inform me of other small things to be aware of with my car incase I wanted to tend to them them as well. They weren’t pushy and didn’t make me feel like I was being nickle and dimed the whole time like other oil changing places. I definitely recommend and will 100% be back soon!

Took my husband's truck there the other day and they got him in immediately without question or appointment. Both guys in the office were very helpful, respectful and personable. They provided info on their warranty, fixed a small adjustment free of charge (others charged a minimum of $25 for) and kept us updated. Definitely a change in ownership/management and will be going back.

Hello all, I’ve had a radiator replaced here only, no upper and lower hoses on a 2008 2500 ram hemi. It’s been 4-5 months and everything seems solid. Brought my 2014 ram Cummins in for fuel filters change out. I communicated to the manager maybe an oil change too..the new management recommended that oils good and I can wait off. The honesty is appreciated. New management and team recently did a abs line set replacement on the 2008 ram hemi as well as a steering gear box and pit man arm replacement recently installed by another shop in south San Francisco. I’ll be back to this shop soon for an alignment and a full synthetic oil change with a dealer recommended oil filter. Hard working team at this location and noticeable passion for what they do. Clint from Midas was very helpful and friendly. Made an appointment there and canceled because they couldn’t look at my car that day. But he told me wherever I take my car to call him if I felt uncomfortable with what they are telling me and what they are trying to charge me. The other place was not very friendly and tried charging me $3000 to fix my AC. Called Clint back and they were able to fix it for me for a fraction of that price. Thank you Clint and the techs at Midas. Will be coming back for something else I need done!!!

I went in there for basic oil change.,that part was fine but the other checkpoints i was not happy with. Of course as a woman I'm aware of how certain businesses try to take advantage but like midas was trying to do.they said I needed brakes,rotors and 2 tires. How can you determine this without taking the tire off to check brakes or rotors. So he said he would give me the costs for the work and labor. So he finally gave the costs which came to a total of $1000 but then he said he would give me $100 off and said can we do it that day. I said no and said I would have to wait. I'm so tired of companies that normally deal with the husband's try to take advantage of the womens luckily my late husband always said beware.so today I went to see about these repairs at another place and to my surprise I DID NOT NEED ANY OF THOSE REPAIRS,I just need my tires rotated ! Midas will never get my business or recommendations for their business!

Beware! Went in for the $29.99 oil change, what a joke! They charge extra for the oil filter, discarding the used oil, any top offs plus labor! I paid $102.00 for an oil change! I did have my cabin air filter replaced which was $39.00. So my oil change cost $61.00 for conventional oil. I was there for 2 hours. The worst part is that I asked for my transmission fluid to be checked and the technicians couldn’t find my transmission fluid dipstick. It’s right next to my oil dipstick. That’s pretty concerning to say the least!

I had what I thought was a small problem with my car. However, when the area where the spark plugs were open, they discovered that one or two things that hold the spark plug were broken and full of oil, and it was going to take longer to repair my little car. I was so upset as I had to get home, but I received great service from Clint and Eli, who reassured me they'd take care of my car and that, they did. Clint called me with the great news and told me that my car was finally done and took good care of it for me. I'm happy with their job and professionalism. The place was also well kept. Thank you!
