From the moment I stopped by to schedule an appt. to the day I picked up my car, every person I interacted with made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of! A special thank you to Bryan, who handled my claim with professionalism and kindness. He kept me updated throughout the process. Update: the manager called me and replaced the bumper. Car looks great now. Wish it would’ve gotten fixed right away, not after I posted a negative review. Still grateful however. Joke of a auto repair shop. Tried to lie to me that they installed an oem bumper when they didn’t. The price estimate showed it was a non-oem part. Didn’t install it correctly and or the bumper didn’t fit correctly. Still they choose to return the car to me with a poor fitting bumper. Bumper got scuffed because they didn’t install it correctly/ it didn’t fit well. Came back showed them the bumper wasn’t installed correctly. They “fixed it”, the bumper was still not fitting correctly, but refused to do more. They said the bumper had been scuffed so they couldn’t do anything else. It only got scuffed because they didn’t install it correctly in the first place. The photos are after they “fixed the front bumper” This place lacks professionalism, integrity, and pride for their work. The bumper was shaking when I was driving on the highway prior to them “fixing it”.

While they did a good job on my bumper which was the main problem. It appears they used a power washer to close to my car and paint started to peel off my car which was not happening when I brought it in.

Ran over a deer on Christmas Eve while visiting Maryland, and G&C took care of my car and made her look brand new again. Initially, I noticed some issues with the bumper alignment and panel gaps, as well as a few concerns under the hood with fasteners and clips not being properly seated. However, after bringing it to their attention, they took care of everything and fixed it at no cost. The alignment and fitment were corrected, and they made sure everything was properly installed. I really appreciate them standing behind their work and making it right. The paint correction was spot on from the start, and now the overall repair matches that same quality. Hopefully I won’t be back anytime soon — I’d prefer to keep my car damage-free — but I’m glad to know they’ll take care of it if needed.
